I am very pleased with the 686 hoody. I have been looking for that shirt in stores for over four months. Zappos has made the shopping experience easy and convenient. Price was good, too.

I followed his good instructions, talked with another lady who handled all the product info, shipping, etc. I not only received my shoes in an expedient time frame, but, also e-mails keeping me posted on all procedures.
