Great look horrible product -
I purchased a pair of the Maldens last August and within 4 months the welt was cracked and unrepairable. Zappos was great and offered an exchange, not even 2 months later the welt was cracked and the heel had split on the new pair... DO NOT GET THESE SHOES!!!

Bostonian is satisfyingly predictable -
My new Bostonian Wing Tips are classic and timeless. They look swell. Though they will never be mistaken for a $400 pair from Italy, they will serve me well. Predictably well.

Wonderful for a large size!
So excited to find a pair of reasonably priced wingtips for my size 14 husband! He loves the shoes and they fit nice. The only thing is the heel is a little low in the back, but otherwise a great shoe at a great price!

Great shoe that won’t break your budget -
I was looking for an everyday shoe to wear to work and I think I have finally found it. The shoe shines up nicely and keeps the shine too. I have been wearing it a few times a week since the beginning of the year. I am very satisfied with this shoe and will probably repeat my purchase.

Fathers Day Gift -
I gave my husband these shoes a little early. He likes them so well he wants a pair in back and brown. This is a man usually wears tennis shoes or casual shoes. I will be buying them again.

A Small Defect -
The shoe is a little more cheaply made than in the past. Also have a small defect at the top of the heel where the leather started to separate the first day I wore it. Okay value.

True to size, fit great, look awesome. These shoes are a classic; they will never go out of style. They took less than 20 hours to arrive!!

Dealing with Zappos -
When an older pair of Bostonian shoes started to peel and showed defects, my wife suggested that I contact the shoes company to complain. I was hesitant. After some thought I agreed with her and I was referred to Zappos for customer relations.
Aside from a beautiful, comfortable pair of shoe, the Bostonian Malden, that I was able to get through Zappos due to the problem I indicated, I can't comment and commend enough the Zappos service model. I got immediate service on a defective item, an exceptional response on the part of someone who let me know that she wanted to be of help and I couldn't be more satisfied with the beautiful shoes that I ended up with. Then, to "boot", she offered to have it sent out to me via overnight express, at no extra charge to me.
I am absolutely sold on Zappos and I am a happy ambassador on their behalf and on the Bostonian shoes that they represent so well. Thank you again and again. I am a grateful customer and a willing reference on their behalf.

I ordered this shoe for my teenage son who had outgrown his old pair of Bostonian shoes. I guessed at one size bigger and they fit him perfectly. Because of Zappos excellent overnight service, he was able to wear them to our trip to NY city to see Phantom of the Opera! Thanks Zappos. He loves the shoes. I gave the shoe an overall 4 stars instead of 5 because the shoe's footbed is glued in which made it just slightly more difficult to remove to accommodate orthotics.

Nice shoe: Good quality, well worth the cash.
This is a good shoe. I work for Polo Ralph Lauren and my associates think these are the wingtips made by Polo.
The only downside is that these shoes will start to wrinkle in the middle of the shoe. Also, the sole seems to wear out pretty fast.
I would definitely buy another pair of these.

AWESOME SHOES -
I'll never own anything else in a dress shoe. I've had a pair for 5 years and except for normal, sole and heel wear, they look new and hold a shine forever. They’re comfortable but could use just a little more cushion.

Great shoe!
I was leery of buying shoes online because you never know how they are going to fit. These shoes fit perfect. It took a couple of wearings to break them in, but now they are the most comfortable shoes I wear. These shoes have a full leather sole and I have not had a problem with slipping once.

They look like a standard pair of wingtips. After a while however they start to look old and shabby. I think I would have preferred a higher end, higher priced pair to last for the long haul...I’m thinking Johnston & Murphy or Florsheim.

Poor quality -
I was 21 when owned my first pair of Bostonian wingtips. They were Italian-made, and lasted one year of normal walking. These are Indian-made and last one month. The shoe is poor quality, but Zappos was fantastic in its customer support. I recommend you not buy this shoe because it is bad quality--but it sure does look good, though.

Ouch!!!!
The expensive dress shoes created weeks-long blisters, as they were stiff under apparently undersized, noticeably different in fit end feel from those purchased in the store. I was extremely disappointed in my first and last-time purchase from Zappos.

Comfortable out of the box, classy at a reasonable price. Not one of Bostonian's low priced line, it is a quality shoe with what appears to be a leather sole and rubber heel. Looks good in both business and upscale social settings.

Bostonian's Malden a Great Shoe at a Fair Price -
Had trouble finding this shoe in my size (7 1/2 M) at retail stores, but found them at Zappos. Beautiful shoe, at a price a few bucks less than retail (and that includes shipping, as it was FREE!). Fast shipping. Shoe was great fit, and more comfortable than other new leather shoes. I would highly recommend Bostonian shoes from Zappos.

"Nobody sells wing tips anymore."
I went into a local, well established shoe store here and asked the salesman to show me some burgundy wing tips. "We don't carry wing tips anymore. We can't move them like we can these toe-caps," he replied. This event was the beginning of what I am sure will be my long-term relationship with Zappos. They have what you want; they provide the service you expect; and are a joy to deal with.
