The shearling wool envelopes shins and feet keeping the cold reality of winter from its chilling effects. Overall apearance of the boot is pleasant, but the warmth. Oh the warmth. Winter can throw anything at me when I'm snug in my Valencias.

Finally!!!
After two years of searching and my share of Zappos orders (and subsequent returns), I have finally found the perfect boot for the winter. Soooo warm and comfortable, with a nice narrow fit that hugs my feet and calves. Finally a boot that feels cozy and stylish at the same time. Thank you Zappos!!!

La Canadienne Valencia!
Love these boots. They can be worn under or over pants and they look great. Very comfortable the very first time, no break in. They are warm and can be worn without socks. A little pricey, but well worth it! Zappos' delivery service is the best!

Outstanding -
I have been wearing these black suede boots nonstop since I purchased them from Zappos a few weeks ago. They are comfortable, stylish, and warm. The waterproof feature has been key with all the snow we've been getting. I get compliments on them every time I wear them - they look great with skirts and pants. I might buy them in brown, too.

So soft and warm! A nice boot for winter - completely lined with super-soft shearling and really comfortable. It is a casual boot, but cute enough to wear with skirts and dresses. A nice change from the usual clunky winter options. Might be too narrow for those with wider feet though.

Fabulous Winter Boots!
These boots are so amazing. The shearling is super plush, so I wear them with bare feet. Very comfortable, gorgeous winter boots. Best boots I have found for winter.

 |  | Dear Zappos, My daughter (Morgan) is a student at Ohio State University.
Approximately one month ago she had emergency gall bladder surgery. On Tuesday, September 15th, she had a follow up with her surgeon before she was to leave to move into her dorm on Thursday, September 17th. At the appointment, the surgeon advised that under no circumstances was she to lift over ten pounds until the end of October. We were told to that she would have to use a rolling book bag. My friend highly recommended Zappos.com. On Tuesday, September 15th, Morgan and I picked out a book bag from Zappos. Morgan was so anxious to place her online order, she did not choose the priority shipping option. I called Zappos within 15 minutes of her placing the order. Your customer service rep was very kind and far exceeded my customer service expectations by making me a VIP and offering to waive the
overnight fee. I was very impressed and very grateful. The bag arrived overnight as promised, but it was too small. I hated to return the book bag because your rep had been so kind. Yesterday, a beautiful get well bouquet arrived at our home for Morgan. It was from Zappos! There is no way I will return that bag without picking something else out from Zappos. In addition, I want EVERYONE to know what a wonderful company you are. I am so impressed and cannot thank you enough Zappos! Also, thank you for giving me the e-mail address to send my feedback.
