I loved my other Born sandals ( I had two pairs) so I bought these hoping they would be as comfortable. Turns out I can\'t wear them because the heel strap slides off as I walk. A real disappointment. Can\'t return them because I wore them outside.

I saw these sandals on another woman and asked her how they were, because they looked so comfortable. She said they were, but the strap in the back always came down. Being the doubter I am, I ordered them anyways and you know what? She was right. It comes down on me, too. I love them, but not that part of them. It is irritating. So try if you must, but you might find they do the same for you. Good luck!

I loved the look and the bed of the shoe is really comfy, but the ankle strap is just too low... it slips off my heel when I am walking and it’s uncomfortable for that reason. I wouldn't buy them again because of this, but I learned it too late after I went for a long walk in them.

I really like the looks of these shoes. The fit and comfort is very good. Although the heel strap on one of the shoes does slip when walking long distances. Love the convenience of Zappos customer service...Fast service and free shipping both ways.

Love it kinda -
Overall the shoe is comfortable. The strap around the back of the ankle always feels like it's going to fall off. That's my only complaint about this shoe, but I've only wore them once and the strap didn't fall off so...

Disappointed with shoe -
I ordered these shoes online with high hopes. When the arrived they were very narrow and after wearing them I was disappointed that the back strap would not stay up! Then the stitching came undone on the back strap so I sent them back.

I should have listened to the other reviews. This sandal is very narrow. If the strap were stitched on the edge or outside the footbed it wouldn't be, but you can see it is stitched on the inside which narrows the room for the foot. It was way too tight for me, but the heel strap was comfortable and stayed on and I could tell the footbed has great arch support which made it particularly hard to return them!

These shoes are such a disappointment. The first pair I had delivered seemed a bit narrow and one of the shoes was a little disfigured. But all in all I thought the shoes were super cute. So I ordered another pair to see if I'd have better luck. The second pair of shoes was even more narrow. I don't normally have the too narrow problem with shoes and I have never had it happen with Born. I have over 10 pair of Born shoes and none of them come close to being narrow. I guess what I'm saying is if you have narrow feet, I found your shoe.

Good looking classic sandal -
I keep trying to replace an old pair of sandals that were simple and elegant - a single strap across the upper part of the foot and an ankle strap, but I just can't find them. The Born Kelli is the closest I've been able to come. It's clean, pretty, and easy to wear. I found the arch support a little uncomfortable initially, but once your foot gets used to it, it's fine. They also tend to run somewhat narrow, which is great for my narrow foot.

I really liked the feel of the shoe. But the heel strap would not stay up. They felt really good on my feet. Had to send them back.
