Bulky black slippers -
I like that they are eco friendly, they breathe very well, and they are fairly comfortable, but they are fairly bulky and look extremely casual, too much, like a knit pair of slippers. The hemp weave is very thick and also collects dirt easily. Unfortunately it took me a little while to realize this and it finally stood out when I saw them next to other shoes and I had already worn them outside.

If the shoe fits - I ordered this shoe in 10.5, which is perfect for my feet. However, it is so small I cannot wear them comfortably. Order at least a half size bigger.

The first pair I ordered was a half size too small. I ordered a pair of Simple tie sneakers and they were true to size. Otherwise, a very comfortable slip-on. I feel good wearing a black shoe that is "green".

I like 'em -
Very nice shoes made with recycled and/or sustainable materials like cork, hemp, old tires etc. The soles are very thick, so I had to modify my bike's toe clips to accommodate the extra height. The soles also feel convex, like you're standing on the inside of a dish. It's not unpleasant, and actually feels like it may be strengthening my ankles a little. I think they'll flatten out over time.

Like a sandal, but different.
I really liked the way they looked, so I bought them. The problem is they felt like a sandal. They have no arch support and your foot flops around in them. I also bought the Simple Postman and they fit great and surround your feet and are comfortable. These are like walking on a tire, which you are. I'm kind of concerned about the new eco shoes from Simple. They don't seem like they are as comfortable and nice like the older shoes.
Other shoes recommended by reviewer: Simple Postman, any older Simple Shoes

Great looks, comfortable except for a low arch. Personally, I find that Simple Brand shoes fit the shape of my foot very well, so, I am partial to this brand.
