Poor fit -
These constantly feel like they're going to fly off my foot and I developed a cut between my toes from the strap the first day I wore them. I wear a size 15 and the strap does not hold my foot in the sandal.

These flip flops are great. I love the fact that they are so 'green'! One small quibble, they seem to run a little narrow, but I am sure that they will fit better after they are broken in.

It seems this brand runs about a 1/2 size small. Overall good quality & comfort when you get the sizing right.

 |  | I want to thank you for your compassion!!! I explained, I think to all the employees, my situation about having lupus, and a car accident with a broken back, but still needing shoes. They have been all heart! You have picked the best people to work for you. I do not know if you realize it but because I have trouble finding shoes I feel like I know everyone. They are the greatest employees and an asset to Zappos. They really do care! Most people today just want to place their 8 hours punch in and out, get home, and forget their job. I truly feel these people at Zappos are the very best that any company can have as employees. Trump, eat your heart out – these people may not be rich, but where it counts, rich at heart. I truly respect them for them taking their time with me. Most of all, I pray you realize you have the crème of the crop working for you! Congratulations for such great people who do not just go to work for a check but because they care about the people they help. Like me!!! Who knows if I will ever walk again but, I can say they gave me the hope that I may and can walk if I try, especially with my new shoes. Thank you Zappos for the best service anyone can ask for!
