Great casual comfort - It's pretty and practical. It runs a little small so order a half size larger than your usual size. It’s the prettiest shoe from simple that I have and I have four pairs!

Sorry to see them go - Shoe is so cute, but the sizing is way off. Just like many other reviewers I found this shoe to be smaller than marked. About a whole size smaller than marked. I have fairly wide and short feet so I gambled on the fit and lost. Sorry to see them go back, but there was no way these would ever fit.

I absolutely love these shoes. This is also my second pair because I wear them so much. I’m typically a size 7, but a 6 1/2 fits perfectly and doesn’t rub or create any blisters. I wish Zappos had more of the "natural patent" though. I plan to buy more of this style as it becomes available!

Cute shoes!
At first these shoes were a little snug at the tip of my big toe, but they stretched out after a few wears. I have very narrow feet and they fit my feet fine. I typically wear a size 7 and this size was fine for me. They go with everything!

What is up with your sizing Simple?
I love the hippy punk look of the plaid Toepaz, and I love Simple's attitude and use of recycled materials. But the sizing is completely off! I wear a 9 normally and could only begin to fit into a 9.5 but only with squashed toes. A 10 provided ample toe room but huge heels, with the shoe falling off every few steps. Like many comments before, it seems this line of shoe is cut very short yet very wide. I am sending these back, sad but relieved not to cram my feet into another ill-fitting pair of shoes. Simple, please check your sizing. I want to love you shoes!

Simple sizing not so simple -
Comfy shoe overall, and the nubby footbed is great to walk on. However, despite ordering based on an old pair of Simple sneakers, it still took three tries to get the right sizing. The shoe seemed to keep getting wider, not longer. So now I have shoes that are pretty comfy, but slip off the heel (even with spacers), and don't cradle my foot as snugly as I'd like. The first pair, ultimately a whole size too short, was much snugger, therefore providing a better step. The third pair, great in length, is too wide for, say, running to catch the subway or shifting a car.

Cute, comfortable shoe... I bought a 1/2 size larger and they fit perfectly. I love the "bumps" in the sole. I may have to have them in every color!

Not quite a half size smaller. I love the shoe, very comfortable. I am a Privo fan and this has the same footbed. I have a narrow foot, so I feel going up a size might be too large for me. It's a little tight for my toes, but not uncomfortable.

Perfect for summer -
I live in Phoenix and all we wear are flip-flops. This shoe is just as comfy and easy to wear, goes with everything, and isn't a flip-flop. As a hair stylist I stand all day and need support and comfort. These are great. They are a touch on the ugly side, but that's still cool.

Very slipper-like, for better or worse -
When I first tried these on, my husband said they looked like slippers. They also felt like slippers though, so I kept them. They're not great to walk in though b/c the heel is very wide and kept slipping off when I walked. When I wore them, other women kept coming up and telling me they liked them b/c they looked so comfortable.

Almost great shoe -
This is the first shoe I've ever bought that hasn't fit true to size - definitely buy 1/2 size up. It was just a little to loose all over, so I put a layer of felt under the insole. I really wanted them to fit because they're so cute. I'm getting used to the feel of them. They're fairly comfortable, but they wouldn’t be the one pair of shoes I take with me on a walking vacation (my Privos win that spot).

Fun kick-around shoe!
This shoe is SUPER cute! I love having casual shoes to just throw on and go out in, but still look fashionable. The shoe runs a little small, but does stretch out the more you wear it as it's all natural fibers; the first day was tolerable, but only because I have an office job and don't do a ton of walking. I thought about getting a half size larger, but was concerned that I may regret it when they were broken in. I've worn them twice now and am very happy with the fit. I would certainly wear them for a day of shopping without a second thought!

Love these shoes - really comfortable. I like the soles of these shoes, they have these bumps inside that feel nice on your feet. Only drawback, not much arch support but I still love them. They are typical, well made flats. Try them out!

Does helping the environment hurt your feet?
These shoes hurt at first and I was very disappointed, but after wearing them for a week and breaking them in, they no longer rub the top of my foot or my heel. I've got many compliments on them and the tire tread is quite the conversation starter. The price is a little steep for the shoe, but the feeling that I'm helping the environment makes me happy to own them. Overall, worth it.

Hard to fit -
I had gotten these shoes in a 9 someplace else and thought they were too big (I usually wear 8, 8 1/2 or sometimes a 9). So I ordered them from here in an 8 1/2. I should have sent them back but I had worn them all day and my feet were killing me at the end of the day. I think they might just be a hard shoe to fit because I don't have weird feet but the 9 was too big and the 8 1/2 rubbed blisters. I love the look and will keep wearing them but with a pack of bandaids in my pocket and for short periods of time!

With some adjustments a very fine shoe -
Very wide in the heel if you order true to size! I got around this by inserting two heel grippers, one over the other, in each heel area (but I have a narrow heel). The shoe at that point was perfect, did not rub and I could enjoy the dazzlingly comfortable nubby footbed.

I just received these shoes and they definitely are a half size smaller than they are marked as far as length goes. However after reading other's reviews I ordered a half size larger than I normally do and this length fits just right. As for the width, they are wider than they're marked. I have an average width foot so these are a bit loose. Even though they don't fit perfectly they are so cute that I don't want to return them! I'm going to try to buy a shoe insert to replace the one the shoe comes with, in hopes that it will take up more room in the shoe, otherwise I will have to say goodbye to these adorable shoes.

Cute, but not comfortable -
I love the way these shoes look, but they fit me strangely. I have wide feet, but the shoes slip off my feet (too wide in the heel) - and my toes hit the front of the shoe. I'm very disappointed because they are so perfect for summer! Zappos shipping and returns are excellent, as always.

It ain't always easy being green -
Since I love my Simple GT Jane's so much, I thought for sure the Toepaz would be just as fabulous. Not so.
I'm still in the process of breaking in the Toepaz. They seem to come up a little short for a size 8, which is what I normally wear in a casual shoe. For as much as they cost, I did not expect to have to use band-aids for heel buffers while breaking them in.
I'm hoping (crossing both fingers and toes) that they stretch a little. They look great, but don't quite feel that way, at least not yet.

LOVE IT!
I LOVE these shoes and have gotten several comments on how cute they are! Even my fiancé loves them. Cute with anything- jeans, shorts, summer dresses. Definitely listen to the reviews that say the sizes run small. I had to exchange mine because I ignored that advice. Also I would recommend wearing a band-aid where they hit the back of your heel the first few times, but they break in quickly. A really great purchase!

Very comfortable and can easily match the anything - jeans, skirt/dress, shorts. Been wearing them almost everyday. They are now one of my favorite comfy pair. Works well for someone with a slightly wider feet. By the way, great job Zappos for always keeping me satisfied with your services.

Comfy once broken in -
Very cute slip-on shoe! I want to get them in all colors! It does take a few wears to get them broken in, but very worth it because this was the style I was looking for.

Cute, but not comfortable -
Cute shoe, but not as comfortable as it should be. It has lots of cushion and the foot bed is comfy. But the top cuts into my bunion. Also, after wearing these shoes for a full day, my feet hurt. It seems like the shoe is forcing the foot to curve up, just like it appears in the photo. I like the look, but I wish I had returned them.

black Crocs for my husband's birthday (which is TODAY). Late YESTERDAY afternoon, I realized that I wasn't going to be successful in finding his size at my local stores and decided to order a pair from you; after all, I had received awesome customer service last year when I had ordered several pairs of shoes for Christmas. Anyhow, I ordered his shoes on your web site, fully expecting to receive them (maybe) sometime early next week. So, this afternoon, I had just finished wrapping up the email receipt to give to him when, lo and behold, Mr. UPS arrives at my door with none other than a ZAPPOS BOX!!! Now that is what I call customer service! How in the world you guys delivered in less than 24 hours is beyond me, but I just have to say that you made my day, and my husband's birthday.
