Although I loved the look of these shoes, I had to return them because the hard ring in the middle pressed against the bones of the top of my feet and felt like it was bruising them. Maybe if you have a lower instep, they wouldn’t bother you as much, but I couldn’t keep them, unfortunately.

Painful - Loved the look, but within 5 minutes had cuts on both feet from thong. Deciding to use band-aids to break them in, the strap broke on the second wearing. Usually love Born, but these shoes are not their norm.

Nice color, but I could not get my foot inside the shoe! I ordered my normal Born size (8) and like other reviewers noted, was too tight. So far this is probably the only Born shoe I've had issues with. Still love Born brand though.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: Sofft, Born, Vince Camuto

Too Tight -
This shoe felt 1/2 size too small, straps at top of arch were very uncomfortable. Not typical for Born shoes. Maybe this design is good for people needing lots of arch support, but they didn't work for me.

Great shoes -
I've recently been having problems with plantar fasciitis and needed a sandal with arch support. These do the job very well.

Very disappointing.
The straps were too tight and hurt the top of my feet and after not very much walking, the pads of my feet hurt from chaffing with the bottom. The stitching under the straps was also quite uncomfortable and after a few hours of wearing these shoes, I noticed one of the rings was torn! Never expected problems like this from a Born, but I am returning these tonight!

Looks good but...
I have always loved Born shoes. I bought these shoes because they were so cute. After wearing them around on the carpet, they killed my feet. The stitching on the top dug into the tops of my feet and were VERY uncomfortable. Looks good but...

I had to call my husband to make sure it was just last night I ordered my Asics shoes, as I found them in my garage when I got home from work today! What is up with that??? I'm wearing my new shoes now, and LOVE them. They are actually the second pair I purchased from you. I'm turning my previous ones into every day shoes, and saving the new pair for working out.
