I love this shoe because there is ample adjustment over the toe area, the innersole is very comfortable and the small platform gives some height. They look fairly decent, not too orthopedic looking. Great for wide feet with bunions and walk all day comfort. I always bring many shoes on vacation, but found I was wearing just the Dansko Sissy. I hope they keep this style. Thanks for the great service Zappos!

This is the world's best shoe! I bought them for my daughter's wedding and I am so pleased! I have been wearing Danskos for for over 6 years, but I was sticking to the "rocker" soles. And because I have very bad arthritis I never buy sandals. This shoe was like heaven! I can't wait until Zappos gets them in the black patent! Speaking of Zappos, I ordered these shoes very late on a Friday night. They were here Monday morning. I have been buying my Dansko shoes on other web sites; never again! I have worked with Zappos for my daughter's shoes and a couple times before for my Danskos. I will never leave Zappos again! The people I talked with were so kind and helpful and the speed at which the shoes are delivered is incredible! Also, the videos really help sell the shoes! I strongly recommend these shoes and even more strongly recommend Zappos.com.

This is my first pair of Danskos and I am very happy with them. I bought them for work because I am on my feet all day, but also wanted to avoid "ugly teacher shoes". I can wear these all day and they feel so comfortable. They also work with skirts or pants and capris. I am a huge fan of Zappos for their quick delivery and service!

These shoes have been more comfortable than being barefoot! I have worn them almost every day for work as a hair stylist for 6 months. They have recently starting really stretching out too much in the strap and are constantly slightly damp and a bit rank. I'm now going to replace them although I'm sad that the red patent ones I have seem to be gone forever! These sandals are so cute and fun looking and went with both jeans and dresses!

Very versatile; I have lots of foot problems, but I love these shoes. I have many Dansko sandals, but these don't have that heavy look that many of them do. I have these in three colors and wear them often. If they made them in navy or gray I would buy them, too!

This is a beautiful sandal! Dressy enough to wear with skirts and dresses for work. It runs wide but the strap across the toes is adjustable (I have a slightly wide foot, but have mine on the tightest setting, so it might not be a good shoe with a narrow foot). Dansko must improve on the elastic used in their sandals on the buckles. Mine broke 3 weeks after I bought the sandal. The shoemaker can repair them, but it will cost 20.00.

I LOVE these shoes. I also have them in brown, which I wore for two weeks in Paris in September. Dansko is using some sort of new technology in the heel, and they feel like sneakers. There is a little bit of negotiation with the two straps to find the right tightness, but once achieved they are amazing. The perfect combination of cute and comfortable.

These shoes are awesome! They were my absolute favorite summer shoes. The red is fantastic, versatile, and they are ever so comfortable. I usually wear a 38 in the old style of Danskos (I am a 7.5 - 8 in American), but I needed a 39 in these, for sure. This style of footbed runs a full size smaller than other Danskos. Rhese are my favorite pair yet (of many!) and I get compliments on them all the time. and as usual, the best customer service from Zappos will keep me shopping with them. I ust ordered a mary jane style for fall!

These sandals are beautiful and super comfortable. They are great for people with back problems. However, my feet were sweating lot because of the material on the foot bed and I got stinky feet, so I had to send them back.

These run a little small, and are a little clunky looking, but have great arch support. I'm limited mostly to tennis shoes because of my plantar fasciitis, but am able to wear these comfortably!

I\'m a big fan of Dansko. My foot is wide across the toes and ball, and narrow everywhere else. I also have a high instep. I like the Dansko "Professional" style clog (which this shoe is not) for comfort and stability with the right mix of snugness and looseness. Not surprisingly different styles from Dansko fit differently. If you too are a fan of the "Professional", here\'s how this shoe, the "Sissy", is different. The "Sissy" is less stable and less comfortable for a few reasons. First, the sole where it meets the ground is a little softer and narrower. Where the sole meets your foot (the footbed)is also narrower. The narrower footbed also makes the part that buckles over the toes rub on the sides. It\'s lined, but it also has cut-outs and they scratch in a way that will lead to blisters. I both adjusted the buckle part and also flexed the pieces a bit, and this issue is not going to go away. One final note: I tried these in my regular Dansko size, plus one size up and one size down. All had similar problems worked well enough to keep.

I love these shoes! They are very comfortable, although there was a little rubbing on my toes upon first wear, but no problems since. I thought they'd make my feet look chunky, but they actually look quite feminine. Great shoe!

Love these sandals! I own 7 pair of Danskos, sandals and shoes, and these are probably the most comfortable pair yet (I wear size 38). They are light in weight and have 2 adjustable straps that make for a perfect fit! Super cute, too!

I love the Dansko Sissy shoes. I had a hard time selecting the color, and the first pair that I ordered were not quite what I wanted, so I reordered from Zappos. They shipped the dark brown sandals halfway across the United Stated in one day, and I was simply amazed at that wonderful service in my exchange transaction. \r\n\r\nThese Danskos are very nice snadals. They run just a tad short, so I ordered up one size and they fit perfectly. They look especially great with jeans.\r\n\r\nThe dark brown is a very dark rich brown. \r\nThe burninshed celery had a distinctly greenish tint. \r\n\r\nI will definitely order from Zappos.com again.\r\n

Although these are among the most comfortable and stylish sandals I've ever worn, there is a weakness in one part of the shoe. It is the little piece of elastic on the ankle strap. It started to fray soon after I began to wear the shoes and I had to have it replaced at my shoemakers.

I have a very hard time finding a shoe that is comfortable for me. These are great. Very comfortable and since both buckles are adjustable, that really helped a lot. Very happy with them. Bought my usual size.

I ordered the shoes Sat. and got them Mon in the morning. I love them! They are perfect for work. I wish I had bought them long ago because they fit perfectly on my foot. I have a long thin foot and it's difficult to find shoes that fit my arch and are stylish at the same time. I usually wear a size 9 so I ordered the 39. I have long toes so they come right to the edge of the sandal. The forty was too big for my foot. I am a little self conscience about it (long toes) but I'll believe my husband. -- "They look great; very sexy!"

These sandals are amazingly comfortable. They seem to fit my foot perfectly. Even though they are somewhat clunky, with the classic Dansko wedge, they are very lightweight. I agree that they seem to run a bit small, so I ordered a half size up and the fit is perfect. I got the celery, which is actually kind of a green-taupe color, and I really like it. They don't come in a true taupe, their light color is more of an off-white, which I don't care for. I will say that I have tried to order Dansko summer sandals in several different styles, and they are maddeningly difficult to find in my size (a medium, popular size) and preferred color, especially later in the season. It turns out that I love the Sissy, but there were other styles (Lolita, e.g.) that I simply gave up trying to get in taupe.

Though these shoes are not perhaps the most stylish of shoes, they really are comfortable. I am able to wear them all day long, walking cross-campus and can still have feet at the end of the day. My lower back issues don't seem to be an issue with these shoes. The only real issue was the first time I wore the shoes, the baby toe got a small blister, but I was doing a lot of walking that day, and after the break in, they were just fine.

I adore these shoes. I have lots of trouble with my feet; sometimes I have to change shoes a couple of times a day. These, however, are fabulous. I walked all over NYC wearing them for hours and my feet were not tired by the end of the day. I could keep going. Plus, I love how fast and efficient Zappos is to work with, great company. I know this sounds like a commercial, but I have never written a review before. I couldn't resist in this case.

I love these shoes. I bought the first pair and after about months the left shoe's stitching came loose. I contacted Zappos and they sent my replacement before I even returned the "broken" shoes. These shoes are doing great and I think the first pair were defective. Comfortable and cute, I get lots of compliments. I love Dansko shoes.

Pros: I love these sandals. At first I thought the style was a little bit dated (they reminded me of some shoes I had as a kid), but then I fell in love with them. I have also received many compliments on them. It is great that the inner lining is so soft, and you don\'t stick to the shoes as you walk. \r\n\r\nCons: the first pair I purchased broke in less than a month- thankfully Zappos sent me another pair. I did also notice I slide a little on the soft part of the sole. \r\n\r\nThat being said, I still recommend these shoes and still love Dansko. \r\n\r\n

This is a very comfortable casual sandal that looks good with shorts, jeans and skirts. It is slightly clunky looking in the way of all Dansko shoes. My feet have very high arches, wide in the front with a narrow heel. The two different adjustments (front and heel) work very well as they allow for a more custom fit than just the (more common) heel-only strap. I was able to wear these right out of the box for several hours, and have even used them to walk around town (3 or 4 miles) with no problem.
