Love the look, straps too short!
I love the look and the great interior organization of this casual purse. Unfortunately, I am sending it back, the straps are just a bit too short and they keep slipping off the shoulder.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: Dakine bags are great.

Awesome bag!
I was looking for a bag I could take to Italy and be comfortable, organized and safe. This is it! The bag itself is lightweight, made out of ballistic nylon (makes it harder for thieves to slice your purse open!), zips closed, and has a ton of well thought out organizer pockets so you can find everything in a snap. Inside there's a cell phone pocket, ipod pocket, pockets for pens and other various things. On the outside there's a slim little pocket that is nearly invisible, a nice place to slip ticket stubs, bus passes, or room keys.
The bad fits nicely over your shoulder but looks nice if you just hold the straps too. The only problem I had was that the outside strap would always slip off my shoulder since the weight of the purse would rest on the inside strap, but his could be worked around and didn't cause a whole lot of problems.
The blackberry and pink is beautiful! I'm looking for the same bag in different colors now so I can mix it up!
The shipment came super fast and I had no problems returning the bags I didn't keep. I LOVE ZAPPOS! =D

 |  | I love your Company and have ordered several things. I am dealing with kidney cancer and am always looking for red shoes to make me feel happy when I am getting chemo. You have always been able to help me. Your staff is amazing and last month I ordered a pair of red sandals and just recently received a box filled with little gifts to make anyone feel better. Your team member also sent me your 2008 Culture Book with a beautiful note. I have been reading all the uplifting notes that many people wrote in the book and can't believe that there are so many wonderful people out there. I also worked for a company who had core values that we all had to follow, but when I got cancer, this health company did nothing to help me through this time. They recently stopped my disability because they said they only allow two years. I am now going to live on my social security of $1,400.00 per month. I sent the CEO a letter requesting an extension and was told they have done all they could for me. My Chemo pill alone costs $6,000.00 per month and I have to stay on the expensive Cobra so that I can get it. Soon that too will expire. I just know that I have such high regard for your company and Zappos. Thank you for being who you are and I wish I was close to Las Vegas to visit your place and thank everyone personally.
