I ordered these shoes a few weeks ago and have found them to be very comfy. If you\'ve never worn Docs before, you\'ll have to get used to the heaviness of the shoe. I wore them in high school so I knew what to expect. The shoes are a lovely tan, which will match a variety of colors. They look great with jeans and cords. I\'ve gotten several compliments on them so far. \r\nAs far as sizing, I normally wear a 9 in most shoes and ordered the UK 7 (U.S. 9) and they\'re a perfect fit. I also have very narrow feet, not sure if this was a factor. Looking forward to wearing them when it gets colder.

Love them! These shoes are so incredibly cute! They are definitely spunky yet down to earth. I love how comfy they are and at the same time they also make my legs seem longer because they have a big heel.

I love Dr Martens & have been a fan for years. My old pair (that I have had for 5+ years) are still in great shape, but started tearing up in the inside lining of the shoe so I had to get new ones. I love the style of this shoe, but do have some words of caution. I normally wear an 8 and sometimes a 7.5, but my old Drs are a size 5/7 because in my experience Drs generally run a little big. When I ordered these in a 5/7 they fit perfectly in width, but were a smidgen too short on my right foot so I had to get the 6/8. They are simply too big, especially in the width. I wear thick socks & have put in extra insoles to make them more snug, but my heel still slides up & down in the shoe. I will keep them and I do love them, but beware that they only come in whole sizes & those run a little large.

I ordered these shoes Wednesday night and received them Friday afternoon! Amazing fast shipping from Zappos.com once again! Now to the shoes. I love them! I bought these to replace an old pair of Dr. Marten's that I bought in high school (they lasted me 7 years!) because they finally saw their last days when the toe blew out on one shoe! I put these shoes on immediately when I received them and I am already in love! They have amazing arch support, they are true to size and they look incredible. What a huge improvement to the old, worn out, well-loved Docs I replaced! I am sure these shoes will last me for years to come!

I love Dr. M\'s but my most recent pair has fallen apart...Conveniently right after one year time limit for returns....I am going to try it again and order another pair , I trust it was just a defect pair and wont happen again .

These are great shoes! Love the stitching and flower detail. They are true to size and I found them to even be a little wide, but very comfortable. The bark color is a very nice, dark brown. The sole is extra-thick and great to wear with flare jeans! They didn\'t need breaking in. Just take them out of the box and wear them all day! I\'d love to have them in black also! Would highly recommend!

Noticed the shoes because of the name, coolest name ever. Then was looking at shoes and they looked like funky shoes, just what I wanted. They fit the bill in every way. I am standing on my feet for up to 8 hrs a day on concrete and these shoes are great.

My first pair of Dr. Martens -
This is my first pair of Dr. Martens shoes. I bought them because I work where the floor is tile over concrete and is very hard on my legs and feet. The first time I wore them I could feel the thick sole protection from shock of hard floor when standing or walking. All I feel when wearing these shoes is heaven. I can't feel what type of floor or ground I am standing on. These shoes are total shock protection. I am only 4'10-1/2" tall and with this shoe it puts me over 5' tall and I love it. For anyone who wears an AFO brace as I do, it fits beautifully in this shoe. For diabetics the shoe provides a high box that doesn't rub or squish the toes and protects the foot softly. The shoes together weigh about 3 pounds, but when I put them on I can't feel the heaviness at all. The sole flares out slightly on the bottom to keep me from twisting my ankle or falling. They are everything I wanted and needed in a shoe and are also very funky stylish. I am in my early senior years and am very comfortable wearing this shoe out and about with jeans and a nice shirt. These are a "GOOD BUY" for the money!!!

I just ordered these shoes in black and bark on Thursday and received them on Friday. I love these shoes! They look great with my jeans and my work pants. I didn’t think that they were that heavy, but haven’t worn them the whole day yet. I have had Docs in the past and they last forever. Thanks Zappos for the free upgrade on overnight shipping!

Great shoes -
I love these shoes! A co-worker got a pair a couple months back, and I had to get some myself (she didn't mind). They're comfortable, despite the fact that they are seriously heavy shoes, they're sturdy, and I love the way they look. I'm thinking of getting a pair in black, if they're still available. This is my first pair of Doc Martens, and I know I'll be buying more.

Dr. Martens Club Lace To Toe Shoe -
Great casual everyday shoe with jeans, the thick sole and higher heel keep your pants from dragging on the ground. I haven't worn these yet, but have worn other Doc's and they never hurt my feet, the weight of the shoe takes a little getting used to if you've never worn them.

Not At All for Narrow Feet -
They fit loser and wider than an average B - wish they came in A narrow, other than that, a very stiff sturdy appearing shoe, not much arch support, more so for style or looks than comfort.

I love these shoes -
I love these shoes; they're exactly what I was looking for. The only thing I don't like is that the insides are synthetic so they make my feet sweat, but with insoles they're perfect.

My very favorite shoes -
I was looking for higher working shoes and these work just great with jeans. Super comfortable. I need a pair in black! Only drawback is they’re super slick in the snow or when wet. I love 'em anyway!!! Also, if you wear orthotics they will fit in these really well. I am a true 8 ½ , bought a 9 and they fit well.

So cute, but not for my flipper feet!
Ladies out there with a wide toe box but a narrow heel should pass on this shoe. My toes were crammed in both directions (the shoe seems short in the toe area too) and my heel slipped around. The shame of it is that they're super cute. I really wanted these to fit!

I am very impressed with this shoe. I was concerned it would be very heavy and cumbersome. After a short period, the weight of the shoe is hardly noticeable. I will definitely purchase more Dr Martens in the future.

This shoes fits a little more snug that other size 8's that I have purchased (which is good for me because I wear a 7 1/2 and my other 8's are a little big). My heels hurt after walking all day in them - but it is only the second time wearing them. They look super cute.

I really like this shoe. I wear a size 9 in women’s and I like this shoe because, since it has such a short toe, it doesn't make my feet look huge. Love the color and the look!

Better than pictured!
I have always owned Dr. Martens boots. Over the years they have changed styles and these are by far the cutest shoe for women. I love them. They are comfortable and stylish because they don’t go half way up your leg. I highly recommend them if your looking for a shoe type boot. They look great with jeans!

These shoes are very comfortable to wear everyday to campus. Many other shoes do look better, but these are my function over form shoes! Definitely a good buy!

Great work shoes!!!
I bought these shoes because I work in a deli and they are perfect for being on your feet all day and are also slip-resistant. The only thing that I was disappointed about is the size. I wear a 7 and they only carry 8s and up so they are a little big and my feet look huge!

AWESOME SHOES -
I wear these shoes almost everyday to work. They are so comfortable. I also have them in the brown. I could not live without these, they are great support especially when I am on my feet all day!

Great shoes!
Love these shoes-- hadn't worn Docs for many years (since spending long hours on my feet as a bookstore manager)-- Recent, severe heel pain led me to consider them again, and this pair has been wonderful-- comfortable, versatile, and great for the heel pain-- They do run wide, so for me, the lace-ups are a better option than the buckle--
