Heel is unsteady -
I liked the low heel and comfort of the shoe overall, but had to send it back because it feels like the heel is not centered under your foot, so you feel like you could easily tip over on it, as many other reviewers have said. Pity, because it was otherwise promising.

Comfortable...but...
Found this shoe to be very comfortable; however, the heel on it also felt a little unstable to me. It seemed to be true to fit, and I didn't find it 'cheap looking' as some did, guess that's a matter of personal taste. It's not the sexiest heeled sandal ever, but I can't do anything but sit down in those!

Perfect shoes -
This shoe was great. I have a very difficult foot and only wear "ugly comfortable" shoes. This time I had an occasion where I had to wear a nicer looking shoe and was so happy to find this one.

The sizing is a little weird... I tried the 42 and the 41. I’m usually a 9.5-10. None of them worked. Plus the leather feels a little weird, soft but it doesn't exactly mold to my feet like other shoes. Also I was looking for a low heeled shoe that could go with a skirt/dress/jeans, but the straps are thick and don't really accommodate for the dressy look. The tapered heel was a little wobbly.

My feet are really picky, so finding a shoe that fits is really hard. This shoe felt smaller than marked and the straps on the top of the foot felt weird. When walking on carpet, it felt like it was loose and would slip off (although it didn't). Seems like all Ecco shoes have this style this season. Has a little padding underfoot, but nothing like Sofft or Softspots brands. The leather wasn't really supple, although not as hard as other leather uppers. I'm going to try a size larger. Overall I wouldn't say it’s a terrible shoe.

Cheap looking for the price - I ordered this shoe in sand leather. I felt it looked very cheap. I could completely understand what a previous reviewer said about the heel feeling unstable. It is a short heel but feels flimsy. They did feel comfortable on but I returned them because of the cheap appearance.

Adorable shoe!
These are beautiful shoes that are well made and fit well. Perfect for "dressy" casual. They are comfortable. However, they felt a bit unstable, like it may be easy to twist an ankle walking in them (which is why I gave them a 4 overall). Yes, I realize they are a fairly low heel and shouldn't be an issue, but maybe it's because I rarely wear high heeled shoes.

Perfect heel height and versatile! This shoe with its pretty, low heel and smooth leather (I bought the Whisky and the Sand colors) can go casual or dressy with pants, skirts or dresses!
The lightly padded foot bed is so comfortable and the adjustable ankle strap hugs your foot and gives surprising support.
The heel is the perfect height for walking but still looks feminine and dressy. Also, for anyone with a slight bunion, these are perfect summer dress sandals to cover that area … I always have to make this comment when I found a pair of shoes that really give me comfort and look so so pretty!!

Cute and oh so comfortable -
I wore these all day and evening long the very first time I wore them and was super comfortable. The heel is fairly low, but still gives enough lift to look like a heel. I was so pleased that I ordered another pair of Ecco sandals and am excited to get them!

I have a bunion and need to be very careful with dress shoes. These were comfortable right out of the box. Wore them all day at a wedding.

Stylish Comfort in California -
This is a great looking shoe and very flattering to the foot. Because I have arthritis in my feet, I didn't think I could wear a strappy heel but I was wrong. I ordered this shoe in black and will order it again in the medium beige color. In California, we wear sandals 9 months out of the year and I suspect this sandal will be a year round winner for me at work and out at night. Thanks Zappos and Ecco!!

Wonderful comfortable shoe -
I was very excited to see Ecco making a comfortable-looking dress shoe for summer. I usually wear 8.5/9...so I ordered both sizes. The 8.5 fit very well. The foot bed is even cushioned. I have high hopes for these shoes this summer. They are attractive looking too.

This is a lovely shoe. Comfortable and sexy. The color beautiful, the fit flattering. Unfortunately I needed to return...the heel is unstable and I tended to "fall off" the back.

The person I spoke with was so great, she upgraded the shipping at no cost and said if these didn't work to call back and they'd get another pair to us before the deadline.
