Great quality shoe -
My 3.5 year old wears these every day to preschool--they have held up unbelievably well. Besides being a bit dirty, they look as good as the day we bought them. They fit her very well and give her great support. Very flexible shoe--most light-ups are very stiff. And she LOVES that they light up. We have never had the problem some other reviewers described with the strap being too short. But...my daughter has a very narrow foot (we bought the medium width as this style does not come in narrow). Maybe the key is to order one width up from what you usually wear? Am thrilled with this shoe and am ordering the next size up now that she has outgrown the original pair.

I know some parents dislike them, but my daughter adores them, and I have no objection, so: blinkie shoes! They're getting harder and harder to find, so I guess the fad is passing. Very glad to see that Stride Rite still has some entries in the category and these all-leather shoes are good for colder weather. The metallic pink accents are also a big hit with my daughter.

Very cute shoes -
These shoes are very cute but run large so they are a little bit on our daughter. I would recommend going at least 1/2 size down from what you are looking for. Because they are too big she has not worn them much but we will save them for her when she grows into them. We buy Stride Rite shoes often so I was surprised to find that these run large.

I only buy Stride Rite shoes for my three year old but I have to say this style is a real disappointment. The straps don't have enough velcro so the tongue slips down into the shoe. There isn't any way to gain support with this sneaker. Too bad because it's really cute and hard to find a dark colored sneaker that lights up.

Toddler's dream -
My granddaughter loves these sneakers. She turns off the lights so as to better enjoy the lights. I was able to exchange them for a larger size without any difficulty. Best company I have ever dealt with. Thank you.

Cute Shoe -
First Zappos shipping and easy return are great. As for this shoe, it is adorable, but we returned it as it was not the best as far as function. The velcro strap barely closed and was not sturdy. It's a shame as this shoe is so cute. It would be okay for occasional wear, but not an everyday shoe.

Very cute shoe -
This shoe is so cute, but we are returning it. My granddaughter has a wide foot and high instep. She is 1 1/2. I ordered a 6 1/2 XW. They fit, but the little bit of velcro there had very little to hold on to and just would not have been practical. Zappos was wonderful, fast ship and free easy return. I ordered a different kind and she is very happy.

Cute, but not for rugged play -
They are cute, but I thought they would be more of a sneaker for hard play. With only the one strap, I don't think they offer support in that way. I would not buy these again for my hard-playing daughter, but they are cute and stylish… neither of which we care about.
