Cute Boot -
This is the cutest boot, unfortunately, I could not even get my foot into the boot to see it on. I am a huge fan of Stuart Weitzman. I have 7 pair of his shoes and these did not work for me.

Not so good -
My wife lives in Stuart Weitzman footwear. So, I bought her this boot cause I thought it looked really great. It didn't turn out that way. She strongly disliked the look of it, and said it was exceedingly uncomfortable too.

 |  | Hi there Zappos, I just got my tracking number for a jacket I ordered yesterday, went to the UPS website and saw that it was out for delivery. After placing dozens of orders through Zappos, processing a few returns, and contacting customer service by phone a few times, one would think that my overwhelming love of you guys would wear off. But, it hasn't; it only gets more intense with every positive experience (which has been each and every Zappos experience I've had). Anyway, I think you should have a testimonial submission function on your site I would probably fill one out after every order.
