Early in the evening on Saturday I called your 800 number and told your representative that I had found a pair of shoes purchased in March of 2008 for my father who passed away last November. Without hesitation she looked up the order and arranged to have a new UPS label emailed to me to return the shoes despite the fact that they had been purchased over one year earlier. I have to admit I pretty much expected this since I know how great your company is about customer service. However, what I DID NOT expect was for you to send me a lovely floral arrangement with a condolence card. This just blew me away. I lost my mother in 2006, my sister in 2007 and my father in 2008 so you can only imagine how much something like this means to me. You have gone above and beyond customer service. I will be certain to tell everyone I know about this story and strongly urge them to use your company over and over again.
