More comfortable than expected!
Keens have always fit me well, but I've also frequently had trouble with Mary Jane styles--they cut me across the top of the foot. I ordered the Saratoga with some trepidation, then. However, it is a wonderful, comfortable fit. I also ordered a second pair in Chipper! (Side note: I have found that Keens run just a tad small--my true size is somewhere between a 9 1/2 and 10, and a 10 in Keens fits me perfectly, with no extra room).

No break in for this shoe...
As always, Zappos delivery service is stellar! I have a wide foot. These shoes are wide enough for those of us who usually order a C width. My toes were comfortable from the first wearing. I've worn them with jeans, cords, and with skirts with success. They are not clunky!

Super comfy!
I am a lover of Keen shoes and was looking for something that I could wear to work with pants and skirts. These fit the bill and feel great and look great and are extremely light weight, so work great for a long day.

Ordered these shoes from Zappos, got an email that they had given a free upgrade on the standard shipping. I received the shoes the next day! WOW! The shoes are gorgeous; the satiny material gives an elegant look. The fit is perfect. With some brands, I need wide, (and then the heel slips) but as other reviewers said the medium width worked, that is what I got and it is just fine. I rarely wear high heels any more, but these are comfy! (The heel is just under 3 inches.) So I highly recommend these shoes and Zappos!

These Keen Saratoga II shoes are great. They are nice enough to wear to work, yet so comfortable and light. The heel is just high enough, too.

Great for the big foot -
I'm very overweight and have a lot of problems with shoes. I ordered these with fingers crossed and have been pleasantly surprised! The heel cushion is terrific. And, they are cute too. They aren't great for my "dress up" days at work (I usually wear jeans), but generally work with my typical daily clothes. I haven’t taken them off in weeks.

Disappointed -
They are not especially comfortable, contrary to another pair of Keens I have worn into the ground. The "massage bumps" are annoying. Furthermore, to break them in I wore a pair of white socks with them, and the black of the sole came off on the white socks and can't be removed. They are somewhat doltish looking on the foot.

Good comfort, passable style -
Not too clunky looking for a comfort shoe. Runs a half size large with socks, a full size large without. Color selection makes a big difference in the look of the shoe. Red's nice.

Comfort - First time buyer from Zappos. Loved the fast service. Keen shoes are great. I've had and still have numerous problems with my left foot and can honestly say that wearing Keen shoes definitely helps the problem.

Very comfortable - This is my third pair. My favorite Keens, and I have walked for miles in them. Great with bare feet or socks. I might even get another pair if the spirit hits me.

Best shoe ever -
I love the Keen Sarataoga ('tho I like the I better than the II). I am on my feet all day, and there is no more comfortable shoe on earth. I get a 1/2 size smaller than my regular size.

Saratoga II -
At first I thought they were a little chunky, but I tried them on with my jeans and decided they were very cute indeed! Today, I wore them barefoot with capris. Sooo comfortable. I bought Keen's Bali sandal (@2yrs. ago) and have walked miles in those and they are still going. I have high hopes for these! P.S. I 'm a 9.5, but a 9 in Keens.

Wonderful for travel -
I purchased these two weeks before a trip to Provence. During those two weeks, I wore them as much as possible, basically whenever I wasn't at work, in order to break them in. They caused painful blisters. But by the time I went on my trip, they were broken in and the blisters had healed. The shoes were perfect for their purpose. I was able to walk up hills, along cobbled streets and up stone stairways with ease. The shoe is extremely stable because of its wide sole. Although they look somewhat clunky, they were much more attractive than sneakers for walking through cities. All in all, I'd recommend them.

Not a shoe for distance walking -
Great for long hours of standing. If you have to walk far, the top across toe area dig into the foot. For standing very firm support, stay on very well. This was my first keen purchase; I needed a more dress shoe but comfortable and stylish, not manly looking. Wipe clean.

Purchased after planter fasciitis flareup -
I purchased these after a cast for a lateral tear and planter fasciitis only after being in sneakers and orthodics for awhile. They are comfortable enough for short trips. I wear a 9.5 normally and that is the size that fit.

These Keen Saratoga II -
They are the most comfortable shoes from the first day I put them on. I had back surgery in May of this year, so I need good support for both walking & standing as well as a little style… and these shoes provide that. This is my second pair of Keens!

Great, Great, Great!
Great casual look, extremely comfortable, good support, and nice wide toe area so that you can move them in the shoe. I am an RN and wore them the 1st time for 10 hrs, standing on my feet, no socks, and my feet felt great when I came home. I have black and brown - just get them! You won't be sorry!

The best all-type-wear shoes ever - These Keens are so comfy and such good support that I don't even have to wear my orthotics with them!!! Please don't ever discontinue this model.

I ordered this in both the camel and black size 36. I normally wear a 6W. The 36 was too short in length. I have found that Helle tends to run shorter and should have ordered the 37. Very lightweight and extremely comfortable but I had to return them. This is my first order from Zappos and the service was unbeatable!

Love this shoe!
These are the perfect shoe. Comfortable for lots of walking and yet dressy enough to wear with slacks. Easy on and off but they don't flap around on your feet. I have these in two different colors but plan to get more.

Quality looks good but this shoe is shaped very round (it does not show on the picture) and make your foot look very wide - however, I keep them, as garden slippers, because they are extremely comfortable

Ordered this shoe in my search for the ultimate comfortable shoe, but, it was not it for me. Like other reviewers I had an issue with the leather rubbing the knuckle of my big toe and the strap was too big and not adjustable. I ordered a 1/2 size larger and the length felt right, but, because the strap was too loose it was hard to keep them on my feet while walking. They are cute and worth a try as apparently many others found them very comfortable.

Best shoes ever - If you have heel pain or plantar fasciitis, stop hurting and get these shoes. I suffered for months and I got these and it was gone in a day. They have excellent arch and heel support. I will not wear anything else again, I bought 7 pairs of shoes this month that were suppose to be comfortable, this was the only shoe that passed the test. I am in heaven.
