I ordered this in both the camel and black size 36. I normally wear a 6W. The 36 was too short in length. I have found that Helle tends to run shorter and should have ordered the 37. Very lightweight and extremely comfortable but I had to return them. This is my first order from Zappos and the service was unbeatable!

Love this shoe!
These are the perfect shoe. Comfortable for lots of walking and yet dressy enough to wear with slacks. Easy on and off but they don't flap around on your feet. I have these in two different colors but plan to get more.

Quality looks good but this shoe is shaped very round (it does not show on the picture) and make your foot look very wide - however, I keep them, as garden slippers, because they are extremely comfortable

I can't stop wearing these shoes. I have to force myself to wear a different pair so I don't wear them out. Most comfortable shoe ever, even when walking long distances.

Ordered this shoe in my search for the ultimate comfortable shoe, but, it was not it for me. Like other reviewers I had an issue with the leather rubbing the knuckle of my big toe and the strap was too big and not adjustable. I ordered a 1/2 size larger and the length felt right, but, because the strap was too loose it was hard to keep them on my feet while walking. They are cute and worth a try as apparently many others found them very comfortable.

Best shoes ever - If you have heel pain or plantar fasciitis, stop hurting and get these shoes. I suffered for months and I got these and it was gone in a day. They have excellent arch and heel support. I will not wear anything else again, I bought 7 pairs of shoes this month that were suppose to be comfortable, this was the only shoe that passed the test. I am in heaven.

Comfort in the Medical Field -
On recommendation from a fellow nurse, I recently bought a pair of these. Can't say I've ever worn anything more comfortable. I am no spring chicken, so comfort is as important as support. They rival any athletic shoe I have.

This is my 4th pair of Saratogas. Very comfortable to wear all day long, attractive, great for travel, easy to remove when going through security at airports. Over time the elastic on the side stretches out, but are still wearable. Great shoes, wear with skirts, jeans, pants, shorts.

Didn't work for me (thick feet), but not wide feet.
Okay I have thicker feet (from floor to ceiling) and not wide feet, so I have some trouble with straps over my feet or mary jane types. This dug in and didn't have any "give" to it. I wear a 10 and ordered my right size, but I would've probably sized up 1/2 a size if they worked out for me because my heel was right at the edge. They look great, they are comfy, and have great arch support. The squeak and loud factor when I turn or walk is horrible. They could've used fabric to cover the insides to reduce that. I just couldn't walk around going squeak, squeak all day long and sounding funny and cheap. If they fixed that and gave the top some give for thicker feet (like more stretchiness to the material), then I'd be buying these… but back they went. I've now tried two pairs of Keens without success.

Saratoga II shoes -
I just bought 2 new pairs of these shoes because they fit well and hold up well and I was afraid if I didn't get them now it would be too late. I don't need new shoes as the "old" ones are still in excellent shape. I was afraid that if I did not buy them now, I would not be able to. I have large feet and finding shoes that fit well has always been a struggle. I was too late to get the blue ones in my size!

Cute and comfortable -
These shoes are a winner! Cute style (lots of compliments) and unbelievable comfort. These are my second pair of Keens and I'm now a convert. My feet are on the wide side, but the medium width felt fine, no break in period required.

Very Comfortable Post-Surgery!
After recently severely injuring my foot and having surgery to repair it, I had to throw out almost all of my shoes because my foot just couldn't handle any of them. I discovered Keens and they are the only shoes I've been able to comfortably wear. I've purchased 3 different styles. The Saratoga II doesn't have as much arch support as some other Keens, but it has such a great foot bed--so soft, especially in the heel, that I've been able to use it as a dressier shoe when more casual Keens wouldn't be appropriate. Even with a foot that still swells quite a bit, these shoes have been comfortable from the moment I first put them on and they still fit my non-swollen foot as well. I just returned from a trip to Hawaii and these shoes got quite a bit of wear and I never had a problem with them.

Great shoe!
This is my fifth pair of Keens and by far the cutest. I wish the blue was still available! I needed to size up a half size as I do with many (but not all) Keen styles. This works perfectly with a casual summer skirt and still has the Keen comfort. I am sure I will get a second color.

I love these shoes, but...
I love this shoe so much that I ordered it in 2 different sizes hoping it would fit me. The carnelian is very beautiful, but I have very narrow feet and it is just too big for me. I even tried it with my orthotics, but still too big. I put velcro on my orthotics and on the heel of the shoe. They stay in pretty good! If I had a little wider foot, they would have been great!

This is a beautiful shoe, but…

TOO WIDE -
I LOVE my Saratoga I, (older fit) - the arch support is great, the fit was perfect and these are styled so cute I can were them to work. I bought these to replace those and the band was a full inch too wide (my foot is B- medium width).
KEEN - This fit is no good- go back to the other one!

Love these!
These are the most comfortable shoes I own. This is my third pair in black (Not their fault, but I wear them out and they cannot be resoled, which is too bad.) I have them in green too. So shock absorbent you can wear them anywhere and forever. Also a large toe area so your toes are never cramped. When others complain their feet hurt, you just smile. And they look ok too. Only complaint is that they do stretch out a bit, which is too bad. Maybe a buckle would be better.

I have a difficult time buying comfortable shoes that have style. Most comfort my feet have had in years!
The very first time I wore these shoes was for 8 hours. They were very comfortable from the start. The next day, my feet felt great! I have a bad ankle and the support was perfect.

Great for plantar fasciitis!
I've owned this shoe in black and earth colors for approximately 2 years now. I wear this shoe (or my KEEN Montreal boots) daily for maintenance of my plantar fasciitis. For those of you who suffer with this pain ...this shoe has been a lifesaver for me. High recommend!!!

I first saw the shoe at a retail store in brown and really liked it. I ordered from Zappos and got it in black. I like it, it is comfortable and easy to wear, just don't like the black as well as the brown. However, recently bought the brown and it is cut differently, doesn't fit me well and is going back.
