Feels like I'm wearing slippers all day -
I wear these shoes every day to work, and they are super-comfortable. However, they don't have a lot of support, and I probably wouldn't recommend them to someone that did a ton of walking. The strap did come loose on mine, but Zappos was great about exchanging it for a new one. I did choose to exchange them as opposed to returning them, because I like them that much.

The best shoe ever for my 81 year old mother!
My mother has arthritis very badly in her feet and this shoe has offered so much support that it makes it much easier for her to walk--and she looks like a pretty cool grandma because it's stylish!

Disappointing -
I love Ecco Soft-V shoes, and hoped I finally found the dress version of the Soft-V.
unfortunately, these shoes are uncomfortable and pinch the foot where the button is located. There is no arch support at all, and they are FAR from the comfort of the soft-V granny shoes I live in.
I hope Ecco creates a Soft-V version. I will keep trying to find one that you can wear with dresses in the Ecco line.
