A pleasant surprise -
I ordered these shoes to wear to my daughter's wedding. They look just as pretty as you see here in the pictures. An even bigger surprise to me... they're quite comfortable. I have a bunion on one foot and I'm often bothered by dress shoes. These feel fine. And they got to me real quick.

Pretty dress shoe -
This shoe solved my summer wedding dilemma. I ordered this shoe to wear to my nieces wedding in August because I needed shoes that could be dyed to match my dress. I tried about four different styles but these shoes offered an open side to accommodate some foot swelling and a mid-heel for standing half the day and night. The rhinestone accent was just the right touch for a summer evening wedding. Though I would have liked the piece that pulled through the rhinestone circle to have been softer and not as rigid, the shoes dyed perfectly and they look wonderful with my dress. I received them from Zappos almost overnight and the other shoes that did not work were returned with no problem. Because of Zappos' wonderful service I buy almost all my shoes through Zappos now.

Perfect shoes for Mother of the Bride -
I had looked at our local malls for shoes for my daughter's wedding that would complement my dress and also be comfortable all day. I also wanted shoes that I could dye to my dress color. These shoes certainly fit the bill and the price was great.

 |  | I wanted your company to know how pleased I always am when I order from you. Last week I ordered a pair of Camo Crocs for my grandson and had them shipped directly to his home. As with your incredible shipping service, he received his Crocs the day after I ordered them! Two weeks ago, I ordered the first pair of Crocs for my other grandson. Same great service! I told the representative that this was his first pair of Crocs and that now he has the same Pirates of the Caribbean style as his dad and big brother! I was surprised and happy to actually receive a thank you card for the order saying that she hoped he liked his Crocs!!! It's great to place an order with Zappos by 2:00 pm EST and have the shoes delivered the next day with free shipping both ways. I tell everyone I know about your web site, hopefully you've increased your sales a bit because of this. I've ordered all styles and types of shoes from you for myself, plus Uggs for my daughter and my granddaughter over the past few years and have had the same constant perfect experience with each order!!!
