Shoe Size: Felt a half size larger than marked
Shoe Width: Felt wider than marked
I bought this pair of shoes before our trip to Paris because it has a classic look, well known brand for comfortable walking shoes and didn't want to carry more than one pair of shoes with me. However I found them a half size to a size larger compared to the US size 8 that I normally wear. Zappos was excellent and exchanged them with a new pair, a half size smaller despite the fact that I used them for about 3 days on our trip overseas. On a different note I think they are overpriced to US standards, but well within the European prices.

 |  | I have to tell you how happy your shipping upgrade made my daughter. Having a large foot, she often has trouble finding a specific shoe. She has been looking for fun printed size 11 rainboots since Christmas and found them on Zappos. She was really excited when I ordered them, and soooo happy when they arrived THE NEXT DAY!!! She was completely surprised to see them already, and it *really* made her day. Sometimes the little things do make a difference. I didn't want it to go unappreciated.
