I ordered my boots on Sunday and requested standard free shipping. They upgraded me at no cost and even with Monday being a holiday, the boots arrived today. They are perfect! FINALLY!! UGGs in 1/2 sizes!! Woohoo!!
I love, love, love these boots! There are so many cute styles of Uggs, but they don't come in 1/2 sizes. I've always found the 8 too small and the 9 too big for my 8.5 foot (unless you order the sandals - LOVE the Laguna’s in size 9 - Heaven on your feet!). Hallelujah for UGG for finally going 1/2s!! I love these boots - they are so stylish and comfy and easy - they look awesome with jeans - I've been wearing them daily and will certainly order another pair in black (I have the neat light brown color now). Highly recommend! Note: these are not slipper-style boots - you wear them with socks, like regular boots...

Very comfortable. I have a wide width foot so I did order a size up. I wear them with socks as the top of the boot is not lined.

I love these boots and bought in the Cigar color. They're so comfortable, look great with jeans, and don't feel bulky at all. I thought they might be too warm-feeling (I live in Florida), but they aren't at all.

Wonderful, Versatile Boot -
Although this is a totally different type than the other UGG boots that I have, I am equally impressed with the quality of it - it stands up to what I have come to expect from the UGG name. The boot is well made, comfortable, good looking and although I had a small defect in the boot upon receipt Zappos and their excellent staff made sure I had a replacement in my home within a day, with no cost or inconvenience to me. This is a reason I continue to buy from Zappos. Also, the "official" Ugg website does not have the choices of Ugg products that Zappos does. Kudos to Zappos and to Uggs.

Perfect!
We’ve had a super cold winter - I needed a cute black shoe to wear to work that would keep me warm. These felt a little snug when I first got them (I’m an 8-8.5 and ordered them in an 8), but fit with a thin sock. After one or two wearings, they loosened up, and now I can wear them with a thick wool sock. They’ve got great support and I wear them when I walk the dog. They’re warm, but not as warm as a regular Ugg, but definitely better than my clogs. I’ll wear them through the spring!

Stylish not too comfortable Ugg -
I absolutely love the look of these boots which is the main reason I'm keeping them. The chestnut color is beautiful with a wonderful grain in it. Don't expect a comfortable Ugg feel if you've worn the slipper type or Brooks (my personal favorite). For me personally, they are not warm Uggs, but I do tend to have cold feet. I would never wear them without a sock unless it was fall in CT. The toe area is slightly cramped which is why I bought a ½ size larger. My foot is not considered wide, but it is not narrow either.

Best purchase experience ever!!
This is the third pair of shoes I have purchased through Zappos and I continue to be pleased with the experience and the products. I LOVE these boots! The fit is true to size, the comfort validates the price that I have always questioned about Uggs and the appearance is more elegant than I expected. Winter boot comfortable enough for all day wear. Great for walking around town - lining is soft and it has a rugged sole. I purchased to wear to work under jeans and so comfortable I wear on the weekends, too. Zappos service is truly fantastic. I had a problem with my first pair, and they had a replacement sent within a day. Amazing service.

First I ordered the Waverly but it felt wide in the heel (I wear a size 12). But then I tried the Mercer and love this boot... nice looking, really warm, and comfy (my feet are always cold but not with these). There are slightly wide in the heel but not enough to make me not enjoy them...The cigar color is great...more of a speckled brown. So far, these shoes are worth the price. And -- as always -- Zappos service is outstanding - both delivery and returns were handled in record time!!
What can I do to make the boots water resistant???

Excellent boot--UGG does it again -
I was never a big fan of the looks of the traditional Uggs myself. However, I loved the comfort. This is my 2nd pair of boots in the Ugg couture line (I also own the Liberty--I am delighted with both). Not only are they of excellent construction and beautiful to look at; they are exceptionally durable. You can take these from the office, to a night on the town to heavy labor if you wish. Excellent shoe for comfort, looks and functionality. I hesitated due to the price, but am 100% satisfied. If you are even thinking about buying this boot, just do it.

I got these for Christmas and love them. The top inside of the boot doesn't have sheepskin on it but the rest of the inside does. They are snug, so if you have a wide foot, these aren't for you. My feet are pretty much a normal width and they are a little snug, but not uncomfortably so. I'm hoping they stretch a little so I can wear thicker socks because they aren't as warm as I would like.

Nice Uggs -
Unlike the "slipper" Uggs, these Uggs fit more like a regular boot or shoe and fit more true to size. I wore them a few times with socks to break them in (not fully lined) but now they are very comfortable with no socks. Great boots!

AWESOME boots!
My first pair of Uggs. I had tried on the Broome and my size was a bit tight. So I got these half size bigger which turned out to be a mistake because it's true to size. Love the look and it's warm and comfortable. Money well spent!

Good looking versatile boot. Well made with no irritating or rough spots. Runs large, maybe a full size. I wear a 10N, and kept the 9.5M but probably could have gone with a 9. I wear them without socks and find them very comfortable but there's enough room that I can also wear with socks.

Great when broken in.
These shoes took a couple days to break in. Initially, my pinky toes were kind of smashed and I wasn't so sure these were the comfort shoes UGG ought to be; however, I stuck with them and I'm glad I did. They look and feel great! They are wearable to work in a way that regular Uggs are not. They also look great under jeans. They hold up well in cold Chicago winters, too.

Boot of comfort -
This is the 2nd best boot I ever had beside the Durango boots. The Uggs is a very comfortable boot to wear everyday. When I first had put on the Ugg boots I was in heaven; I thought I had on a pair of plush slippers. I'm going to order the black pair in another 2 wks to have in my closet. I told my friends about these boots & they love the style & the suede worn look.
