Jumping Jacks Pink Petal - Maryjane style -
My 5 yr daughter loves these shoes. We searched and searched for cute pink shoes with no luck b/c she has a very narrow foot. The selection of narrow shoes in general is very poor so I contacted Zappos to find a shoe that runs narrow. Zappos recommended Kid Express and Jumping Jacks. We went with this pair b/c my daughter was able to pull the strap as tight as she wanted.

Wide not wide enough -
In general I like the shoe very much, but I got the wide for my daughter and it still was not wide enough. Her little foot was puffing out the top and the strap would barely close. I went to the shoe repair and had them stretched, but just a note for parents of children with wide feet that maybe the extra wide is the way to go.

My 4.5 year old daughter often complains about her feet. I called Zappos to ask for advice and they put me through to a 'children's shoe specialist' (who knew!) who recommended trying Jumping Jacks and Umi. Both were excellent suggestions and this shoe fits her very well. No gaps, good flexibility, not too heavy, nicely padded at the heel and the rubber toe has been put to good use! I definitely notice that she doesn't complain about her feet hurting as often.

Buckle problem -
My 6 year old wears these to school every day. So far, they're holding up well with the exception of the buckle on the right shoe, which twists out of position and causes her discomfort. Not sure if this is due to a little girl really cranking on the buckle to tighten the shoe or if it's a manufacturing problem.

Loved them, just outgrew & buying similar shoe -
These were fun shoes. Daughter's a climber who liked these anywhere: park, playground, outings... She's slim, and her feet tend to run narrowish, and the regular size fit well... so I suspect chubbier feet should order wides even if normal. Sturdy, well-made shoe ...outlasted an active size 6 in excellent condition. Her little foot got a slight red mark around strap as soon as they started getting small... instant data was useful. Am going to try the cute boots for winter with hopes they'll be as versatile as these were. I give them 4 stars for comfort because daughter did not choose them first every time... otherwise, they appeared comfortable by the way she used them.

Best Shoe ever -
My very active 3 yo daughter has wide feet & a high instep. She is difficult to fit. I was soo happy when these shoes arrived. We ordered the size "W" and they are actually wide. The strap across the top could be longer (due to her instep), but does fasten. These shoes are super cute, very durable, have a nice, flexible sole, too. I will be targeting this brand for her in the future. As always, the shoes showed up sooner than expected!

Love these shoes!
These are our first pair of Jumping Jacks and I will definitely be buying more. I love how they have the toe protection so they don't get stuffed. Plus, the brown/pink combination is so cute and girly.

Great shoe!
I was looking for a shoe for my daughter that would be cute, versatile and durable. This shoe is all that and more. My daughter loves it! It's also water resistant, which is a big plus. Highly recommend it.

Too Narrow -
I LOVE the style of these shoes, unfortunately I have had to return them because they are just too narrow for my daughter's foot - even in the Wide I could not get the shoe on her foot!

My daughter gets so many compliments on this shoe. I think it is well made and she chooses to wear this shoe over sneakers, so it must be comfortable.

Love these shoes!
These shoes are terrific, pretty to look at, comfortable with an adjustable strap, flexible and best of all the toes won't get all scuffed. Cute with dresses or jeans.

Great, durable shoe - Though these shoes do run slightly narrow, they are VERY durable, provide great support, and look adorable. I've washed these shoes multiple times (don't put them in the dryer or they will shrink badly) and they came out in perfect shape. My daughter is now on her third pair of this exact style, which I continue to purchase as her feet grow. They match a multitude of outfits and she can wear them with dressier clothes and to play.

Cute shoes but stitching looks fragile -
I thought the shoes looked really cute and the soles seem cushy and comfortable. The side stitching looks very flimsy. I'm sending these shoes back. I've bought a pair of girls Jumping Jack's boots and the stitching also came apart in 2 places. Such a shame because the design and comfort are great for the price.

We love this shoe and have now bought it in two sizes. It's durable and always looks cute. Seems to run a little bit on the narrow side.

My Daughter has a high instep -
I loved these shoes so much that I bought them in spite of the reviews regarding poor fit for girls with a high instep or wide feet. I am not able to pull the strap all the way to the very end of the velcro enclosure, but pulled half-way the shoes fit my 2 year old daughter just fine! She loves them - with and without socks. *I definitely recommend ordering a WIDE if your daughter has even the slightest wide foot or high instep.

Not such a good fit....
I ordered these in a 10W for my 5 year old. She has just slightly wide feet. I could only get the velcro strap half way across and the top of her foot, which is not high at all, protrudes out. I would not recommend this particular style if your child has a high instep. Also, the front of the shoe resembles clown shoes as it is much wider in the toe compared to the rest of the shoe. We've had great luck with the Bindi and Star boots from JJ but this style is a bit disappointing.

Not a wide shoe -
My daughter has chubby feet. Based on other reviews, I purchased this shoe, as well as the Jumping Jacks Monarch, both in a 6W. Oddly enough, the Monarch fit well, but this shoe did not. It looked longer, and it was *much* more narrow. Disappointing, especially since it's so cute.

These won't work if your child has chubby feet and/or a high instep. My daughter is solidly a size 5 and I couldn't get those shoes on her feet. The next size was too long.
Cute shoes though.

I got the pink ones and they look adorable. The rubber toe is great for keeping the toe from getting scuffed.

Too tight for my daughter's foot -
I normally buy my daughter Stride Rites, but when I saw that Jumping Jacks made wides, I was hopeful that these also would be a good match. Even though I ordered the wide in this shoe, the shoes were way too tight around the ball of my daughter's foot. Width-wise, it might be fine, but if your child has a "fat" foot, these probably are not the best option.

Great durable shoe for wide toddler feet -
This is the best shoe I've found for my 19 month old. She has wide flat feet and the size 7 Wide are perfect for her with some room in the toe bed. The rubber rim around the toe of the shoe works great to protect it from scuffs. These shoes seem to be extremely comfortable for her!

Very comfy and stylish shoes -
These shoes are fantastic! They are perfect for all the latest pink & chocolate brown outfits your daughter may have (mine sure does!). They are so easy to put on and they are plenty roomy and have great arch support. I would definitely recommend.

Not the right size!
I measured my daughter using the online guide. I ordered the proper Jumping Jack shoe according the guide, but it was WAY TOO BIG. At least a whole size too big. Thankfully Zappos has great return service. Adorable shoes, just too big!!

I had a situation regarding a pair I needed for my daughter’s prom back in May and the staff was TERRIFIC, ready to help and satisfy. We received the high heels for my daughter, who is very picky!
