I ordered these late Saturday night and they arrived early Monday afternoon! This shoe is true to size with other Vaneli shoes I've purchased. I ordered the WW width and they were very roomy. Plus, the slightly squared toe and wide, moderate heel make these a good choice for women with sensitive feet that may be prone to swelling.

I am heavy set and have had severe nerve damage so I haven\'t bought anything with heels in years. This was my first pair and I ordered them a 1/2 size larger. They were almost too big with the elastic strap in the back. I wore them to an opera gala and was on my feet for hours - first time wearing them and they didn\'t hurt at all. These shoes may be the first ones to give me the courage to wear heals again. I ordered the black and they are classic looking, expensive looking and just a great dress-up shoe overall. I would recommend to try in your own true size first.

Wore these shoes to my daughter's wedding. We danced all night and they were comfortable. I would definitely recommend. I have narrow feet and have problems with shoes fitting properly; these were a welcome change.

Very cute shoes. I really wanted them to work for an upcoming formal event. Post foot surgery, it is very difficult to find comfortable and cute shoes in size 10WW. The footbed of these shoes is too hard. My little toe slipped outside of the straps, the back strap kept sliding down. I also tried 10W and several different inserts. They just did not work for me. I'm returning them in exchange for a pair of Softspots. Zappos service is second to none.

Comfort? These shoes have it. They are so pretty and fun. I had read a ton of reviews trying to find a pair of silver shoes for my wedding day and I kept hearing about feet hurting. I was not going to be that bride. I'd had my dress hemmed for small heel so these were perfect. I had actually chosen straps that you could buckle because one girl talked about her pair sliding off her heel without a buckle. Well, this is where these shoes went wrong for me. My right shoe kept sliding off my heel. I even had one of the groomsmen push a new hole in so I could make it tighter. It kept sliding down. So I'm walking down the aisle with my shoe flapping. Thank God it was a short walk. As soon as pics were over, I put on a pair of white satin flip flops my Maid of Honor had gotten as a gift. I do plan on figuring out the strap, the sandals are so cute. And this much money is not going to waste.

This was a great shopping experience. The shoes arrived quickly and since I was unsure what size I needed, purchased several sizes of the same shoe. The returns were processed as quickly as receiving the shoes in the first place. I highly recomment Zappos and will use them in the future!

I'd been looking for a month for a shoe that will work for a semiformal event. Ordered this shoe in an 8.5 wide on Wednesday night and they were delivered before 10:30 a.m. on Friday. As amazing as that was, I found that they were half size small on my foot and so I called customer service. They immediately transferred my payment to an order for the 9W and shipped it out even before I had returned the other pair. They also arrived in 24 hours. The shoe looks great on my wide foot and the wider low heel looks dressy enough, but is comfortable for someone who can no longer wear "high heels" due to an ankle injury.Zappos rocks. I recommend this site over and over for great selection and even greater service.

My Wedding Shoe - I ordered these in silver for my wedding -which included a choreographed foxtrot. I was nervous about wearing these because several times in practice the shoes slipped and I fell on my butt. (It went ok, thank God). Also, the placement of the straps meant that sometimes one of my little toes would start sticking out --and as several others had mentioned, the back strap would slide down off my heel. However, despite all this, I love these shoes. I have freakishly wide feet (and narrow heels) and have never been able to find a dress shoe that doesn't cut deep red lines into my feet until now. I spent the whole evening and night in these shoes, and while my feet were tired, they weren't screaming for pain the way most shoes cause them to after 30 minutes. The availability of double-wide shoes has made me a believer in Zappos. It's the only place I can consistently find shoes for me!

Pretty comfortable for this type of shoe. They run a bit narrow, but didn\'t give me blisters either time I\'ve worn them. I must say that I did a lot of dancing both times, and my feet were achy (hey, they aren\'t sneakers, what do you expect?) but I wasn\'t torn apart and they looked cute, so I give them a thumbs up. : )

I ordered the Vaneli Walberte to wear for my daughter's wedding. They are super comfortable, and great looking. I have had knee replacements, so I need something that has a relatively low heel, but I still like to look stylish & dressy. These shoes were perfect.

Not only is this a great looking shoe, but comfortable as well. Wore them with a long black skirt and they looked beautiful. I would never hesitate to order from Zappos as the service is 5*'s all the way.

This shoe is true to size and fits well, except that the back strap falls down. Even on the 'shortest' hole, the strap is just too long to stay on my foot. I plan to find a cobbler to add a hole and shorten the strap, as I really like the rest of the shoe. I got the silver, and it looks great with the intended dress (it has a bit more shimmer than some of the silver shoes I've looked at).

Nice looking but not for wide feet -
I tried these shoes for an upcoming wedding. They are very cute strappy shoes and the heel is a nice size. I found that the shoes run on the narrow side and pinched my feet when I tried them on. I decided to send them back and ordered a pair of Softspots which worked out great.

I gave this shoe a try despite some reviews mentioning the back strap sliding down. I wish I had listened to them more! The strap slid all the way down and made the shoes unwearable. I have a normal to narrow foot, and am b/w 8 and 8.5 so I bought the smaller 8 thinking that would make it hold on, but it did not.

These are perfect summer shoes. They are light like you have nothing on your feet but they are extremely comfy. They go well with everything from jeans to evening dresses. I love them!!!

Want to love them, but for the pinky toe -
Wanted a strappy black shoe for a semi-formal summer event. I was so excited about these from the reviews, but unfortunately, I'm one of those people whose pinky toe hits funny between the front double strap and the next single one. My pinky toe was pushing forward and catching on the double strap, and almost hanging out after just walking 10 feet on carpet, so this has to go back.
The 11W fit the width of my foot without going over, the straps were snugly supportive without really pinching; the size felt great overall and the heel was nice, too. Wish a wider shoe would solve this, but I don't think so. Jealous of you it worked for!

The only problem is that it is difficult to keep the strap up on the heel when wearing pantyhose. If it is with bare feet (which I have not tried), this may not be a problem. The look is excellent and for the first few feet, the comfort is great. It is wonderful to be able to find such a quality shoe in 10-1/2.

I haven't worn the shoes yet, but when I tried them on, they felt very true to size. I didn't realize that when I ordered them what color they would actually be. The picture appeared to be white, and that is what I really wanted. However, I do like the shoe,and will probably keep them. I'm just not sure if they will be "too dressy" to wear to work.

Nice shoe, not new condition -
These shoes are very nice looking and fit well. I was so excited to get "sexy" shoes in a wide size for my wedding. I will have to have a new hole put in the strap because the strap that goes around the back of the heel is too long. My shoes were not in new condition it seemed. They had not been worn outside or anything, but there were large scratches on the heels. I was very disappointed with that for the price I paid for these shoes. However, I chose not to return them because I needed them right away.

Can't believe these shoes!
I needed silver dressy shoes for my son's wedding in August. I couldn't find ANY I liked in dept. stores, so I decided to try online. That's when I found Zappos! I ordered 2 pair of silver sandals (I loved them both!) and figured I'd pick the most comfortable. These sandals are beautiful, comfortable, and make my foot look really nice. They will look amazing with my long gown for the wedding. The heel is just the right height for comfort AND style. Zappos is now on my "favorites" list on my computer. Their shoes are great and very reasonably priced. Thank you Zappos! I'll be back! P.S. It was very easy to return the 2nd pair of shoes I did not keep.
