I ordered these shoes at 10pm on a sunday night and they arrived before 11 am on MONDAY MORNING!!!! I love zappos. they have never disapppointed me with their efficiency\r\nThese shoes are cute with a low heel perfect for standing up long periods and dancing at the upcoming wedding im in.I have wider feet and they fit perfectly with enough wiggle room. it doesnt seem as if the upper wil chafe my feet.

As always, Zappos.com's shipping is amazing--ordered the shoes around 9 pm EST, and they showed up the next day! These shoes are pretty comfortable, given the narrowness and height of the heel. I have normal-width feet, though, and I thought the top foot strap was a bit tight--not tight enough for me to send the shoes back, because they're adorable, but tight enough that I have a feeling I'll have a mark/chafing after a night out in these. If you have wider feet, go for the wider size or my guess is you will be uncomfortable in these shoes.

Elegant Dress Sandals -
I have slightly wide feet and the wide size felt comfortable from the very first wearing. They are easy to walk in and dress up your outfits beautifully. In black they are very smart and elegant. I'll reach for this pair of shoes frequently I'm sure.

Classy shoe -
Love the shoe, did return the wide and get the double wide. Could have worn these shoes the entire evening without any trouble but I did change into a flip flop a couple hours after the wedding just because I'm not use to a 3" heel and I didn't want to create a scene by turning an ankle or something. Very classy and elegant shoe, I'd wear them again.

Beautiful shoe, loose strap -
The back strap is way too loose as others have mentioned. It's too wide for me but I do measure a little narrow. If you have slightly narrow feet, order the narrow width. If you are slightly wide, the regular width would probably be fine. If the width isn't right at the strap across the toes, your foot will slide forward and your toes will hang off the edge. It's a beautiful shoe, though.

These shoes were just what I wanted for a company dinner in Cabo San Lucas. The only thing I didn't like about these shoes was the back strap. It didn't fit snug and my heel kept slipping out. Also I didn't realize that there was plastic between the front straps. I really didn't care for the plastic. I think it would have been a sexier looking shoe without the plastic. Despite that they are cute shoes that are comfortable and easy to walk in.

The Perfect Glam Shoe -
I have been searching for the perfect shoe for a wedding I have to go to in 3 weeks. I have purchased five pairs of gorgeous heels over the last 2+ months (not from Zappos) thinking they would be perfect, but alas, NONE fit well and are now taking up dust. The problem is that I needed a shoe that had to be wider than my norm due to the hammertoe/bunion genes that run in my family - something that I've developed over the years. I also have a problem with my little stubby toes that don't get along with strappy shoes (the toes like to come out the sides and don't stay in place). I found this site while researching "wide width sexy heels" on the net. I figured if I went up a half size and got a wider shoe, it might solve my problems and GUESS WHAT? THESE ARE THE BEST GLAM SHOE I HAVE EVER WORN. The "C" width made all the difference and the clear strap holds my little toes in place. THESE ARE PERFECT. Also, the delivery was incredible. Ordered midday on Friday, I received these on Monday. Unbelievable. Thanks for making such a great shoe!

Looks good, Not as good as I hoped though...
I was exited to find a pair of shoes for my sister's wedding. Open shoes which no one has ever seen me wear. I was exited they had it in my size. How ever when the 2w shoe showed up it didn't fit like I had hoped and placed against a normal pair of heels I'd say the shoes were w not 2w. They are comfortable to walk around in and they look okay.

For that special occasion -
I have a "cocktail affair" to attend and have been searching for a month for the right shoe. My aunt suggested Zappos.com. The shoes arrived overnight and are beautiful. They are glamorous, comfy enough for a night on the town and make me feel like a million dollars! I think they are stunning to look at with the rhinestones and styling. They aren't too high (heel-wise) so you won't break your neck wearing them or feel as though your feet are screaming by the end of the night. I can't wait to wear them. Zappos.com's service is 5 star. I am thrilled.

Thank you so much for the quick responses about my order. Not only were the responses sent quickly so were the shoes. I ordered them on a Saturday night very late in the evening and they were waiting for me when I got home from work on the following Monday, without the worry of return shipping charges in case the shoe didn't fit. My youngest daughter is to be in my oldest daughter’s wedding in a few short weeks. We visited every local shoes store and could not find a silver shoe to fit her. Then I ordered a pair online from another site...double wide, yeah right! I couldn't fit my medium wide foot into the shoe; they claimed was a double wide shoe. I had to pay $10 to have them shipped to me and $10 for me to ship back. They insisted they were wide shoes...CUSTOMER SERVICE? With them there simply wasn't any!
I would like to say "Thank You" again for such professional service and now you have a new very happy customer with a very happy ending, the shoe is perfect to size and fits perfectly!!!
