I just happened to go to the Zappos website when I was looking for Trotters boots! I was leery about promises of free shipping both ways, but put in my order (price was also cheaper than other sites) and received them in a few days. When I realized they would be too tight with extra socks on cold days, I called and talked to the nicest gentleman who assured me he would overnight a medium width and I would not be charged if I returned the others within the 2 weeks. Next day, they arrived, I packed up the others and it was slick! No complaints. Thank you, Zappos!

I have a small [size 5] and narrow foot. This style in a size 5? Was bit too small. The boots are stylish and warm. And they fit!

I want to keep my toes dry in sleet and snow. So far I wore this pair 3 times on rainy days and my toes were completely dry! It might not be the greatest looking boots, but unlike typical snow boots, this pair is not too bulky and looks appropriate for office. Oh, it is also very comfortable. Overall, I think it was a great buy!

I ordered a 9D and they are roomy enough for an extra pair of socks (I do have quite wide feet with bunions). The weather hasn't presented the opportunity for me to wear them any length of time yet outdoors to test for warmth. From wearing them around the house I think they will be very comfortable. The shaft rises to midcalf and has enough room to allow pants to be tucked in and my straight leg jeans easily fit over the shaft. I gave the boot an overall 5 because it was what I wanted in a snow boot; practical with a low heel, wipeable, and fairly feminine looking (i.e. not clunky).

I love these boots! I love the style however the sizes are about half a size smaller. I am a size 7 but that was too small so i had to exchange it for a 7.5.

I bought these in brown and when they came (extraordinarily fast as always!) and I put them on, I never wanted to take them off! At last, a boot that I could get wide enough (EE) for me! I highly recommend these because they are so comfortable, soft, and warm. The top part is rubber in case you can't quite tell in the picture, so I imagine they'll be great in the rain and snow. Can't wait to wear them out!

I do not recommend these boots for a few reasons. To me, they look stylish and are less expensive than many other boots; however, mine didn't even last through one winter. I found that they kept my ankles and shins warm, but my feet were always cold. Also, they quickly got a hole in them where water and mud now come in. Also, the material of which they are made is not genuine, as the tips of the boots are peeling and are all scuffed. Overall, I would never recommend these boots to anyone. Now, after one winter of wear, I am throwing away these boots and I am now looking at making another boot purchase.

Great boot, too big -
This is a very good-looking boot, and arrived at the speed of light, as is usual with Zappos. But though I ordered my usual size (in Reeboks) these were way too long and way too wide, even when I put my orthotics in them. So, regretfully, I must return them.

Comfy snow boot -
Not the best looking boot out there - but if you have wide feet (or bunion problems) this is an extremely comfortable boot. The calf is a little wide, but there is a 3-hole buckle that helps a little. The most comfortable boot I've found for my feet.

Good snow shoes. Shoe part is hard, not much insulation.Very water resistant. Can keep you warm despite not much lining for shoe. However due to lack of lining feels uncomfortable while walking. If you have a wide foot, recommend WW width.

The fast service, order one day receive the next was great as weather really got bad and I needed them. So nice to offer the wider width, which I need, and have a nice looking boot to boot.

Great looking boot -
I found this boot to be perfect for me. I have very wide feet (2ww) and they have plenty of room for nice warm socks. They do not have any arch support, but I can remedy that with inserts that I wear anyway. It’s also high enough for snow drifts, but does not cut into my calves. It is also dressy enough for slacks and a skirt.

Trotters Blizzard - Nice Boot -
These look nice with pants. Not too casual; not too dressy. I wear them to and from work on cold, wintry days; not around the office. Good traction.

These boots are admittedly adorable and feel great. However, I wore them a total of three times before the black color on the toe began rubbing off -- total waste of money.

I wear a size 12-13s in men’s and believe me it's like impossible to find women’s footwear that will fit my feet at any retail store (I want some feminine look to my feet)! I wish more retail stores would have higher size in women's sizes (like 13 and up)! I decided in a 12 W (since I do have a wide foot) and was kind of hesitant in buying a pair of boots that is going with the size that I wear in men’s... Right when I got them I tried them on and wow they fit! I have just enough room for my feet, my feet are warm and cozy, my feet are staying dry, and there so light weight! I have to say I now know where I will be doing most of my shopping for boots and future for shoes! Just wish other boots and shoes including these would give higher sizes than 12s because I am sure other women with higher size than me would definitely want to get a pair of these boots! I am just thankful these boots that I choose a pair that fits me and I can enjoy them! ^_^

Cute, comfortable -
I ordered these boots to wear in the snow in Minnesota--not to go hiking across the lake in, but just across the parking lot, etc. I didn't want anything too bulky or "rugged," just something cute and warm and waterproof. These are perfect and I wear them all the time. They are non-leather, which I like, and have faux fur lining on the upper part of the boot shaft. The foot bed doesn't have the faux fur lining and is roomy enough to wear extra socks (I have pretty regular-width feet I think--store brands usually fit me). They are not overly warm, and I wouldn't wear them if I was going to be outside for hours at a time, but they are perfect to wear for an hour or two, or if you are going in and out.

These boots are comfortable and keep my feet dry. My feet tend to run towards narrow, so they're a little roomy and fit better with a pair of footies.

Fell out of love fast...
I loved this boot. Its fit was true; it kept my feet warm and dry. I wore it to and from work for almost 3 weeks when I noticed that the seam on the side was opening up! I couldn't return it after wearing it for 3 weeks, so I repaired it. It's not even January yet, and our winters last until April! Sadly, I cannot recommend this boot.

Just what I expected.
These are very nice, warm, and comfortable boots. I can just throw them on for a walk on the beach, no laces to mess with. The zipper is well made and easy to use. They look good, too.

Toasty toes!
I'm very pleased with these boots. I needed some new boots for winter in Chicago, but didn't want to have to resort to wearing Uggs. These seem like they will fit the bill nicely. I ordered a 9W and they are, if anything, a bit too wide for me. Not a problem - more room for thick socks. My only quibble is that I think there could be a bit more in the way of arch support. That said, my everyday shoes are Dansko Professionals, so I'm used to LOTS of arch support. Zappos customer service was top notch, I ordered these 12/7/08 and got them 12/9/08.

Nice boots but not narrow -
I normally wear a 9 narrow and that's what I ordered. They did not seem narrow enough and a little big. So I gave them away.

So, wow. I just pulled these out of the box and put them on and I am not sure I'm ever going to take them off. The leather is amazingly soft; these fit perfectly around my muscular calves, and accommodate my custom orthotics perfectly. I found the inserts that came in the boots kind of uncomfortable, so I'm glad my orthotics fit with no problems. I think I could probably walk for days in these boots! I ordered my regular size and they are perfect with medium-weight socks. Also the fleece lining is very cozy :)
