Nice addition to my wardrobe. I can wear with my athletic stretch pants, or tights and a skirt. It's still breaking in on top a little but it will stretch. Thank you.

A Very Good Shoe -
Good quality shoe and cute style. I added heel insoles for additional comfort. Plus, I needed a few wearings to break them in, since they were rubbing on my little toes. Now that they are broken in they are very comfortable. I've worn them with jeans, pants, and skirts. They are pretty versatile.

I love the look and fit. The top of heel area is firm and needs to be softer when worn with thin hose but I expect it will soften with wear. The toe is roomy and the shoe looks smaller than my normal 11 size. I would purchase another pair as an all around dressy or casual shoe.

Very comfortable -
It took about 3 days to break in the black Mellie
but once I did, it is so comfortable and I have gotten several compliments on it.

I love these shoes!
I've had several pairs of Clarks, and they're always great. This particular pair has quickly become my favorite pair in the closet - very comfortable, stylish and well-made. The fit is perfect. Definitely made for moms of preschoolers ; ) I can keep up with my son and still look good.

Light weight Clarks -
Nice looking, very comfortable. Very little arch support, little to no cushioning. Feels like a ballet slipper. Fits true to size. No break in needed. I would buy another pair. I would not plan on walking a distance or standing for a long period time.

I have worn nothing but Clark mules and sandals for the past 4-5 yrs. I love them. Most of them have a good arch support. I bought this pair because I can no longer wear shoes to work with the back or toes open. This particular pair does not have good arch support. I had to buy arch support to put in them. After I did this, they are fine.

This shoe is so comfortable and very cute! I work on my feet all day and it is hard to find shoes that don't make my feet hurt by the end of the day. These were great!

A Casual REAL Mary Jane -
As usual, Zappos delivered my shoes overnight. I was elated that the shoe has a real strap and not that awful velcro that continuously opens. The width and toe bed are the correct dimensions making for a comfortable shoe and very cute.

I really do love these shoes. They take me so many places. I did go on a trip when I first bought them and I did have to put band aids on my heels. That is my only complaint. I am a 10.5 size, but the 10's fit me fine.

This is a very cute shoe, but unfortunately it has no arch support whatsoever. You definitely wouldn't want to wear this if you had a lot of walking to do. Seems like the quality of Clarks has changed over the years - they just don't seem to be of the same high quality they used to be.

Cute and Comfortable -
I bought Clark's Mellie in black and brown. I'm on my feet all day for work. These shoes were comfortable and cute right out of the box. They go well with casual and business casual clothes.

Great shoe needed more insole support though.
I really love these shoes. The insoles felt slightly thin and made my feet feel sore the first day I wore them. However, when I bought some extra padded insoles, I have NOT had anymore problems. I have worn them practically every day since. They go well with jeans, and dresses. Plus I have had many compliments on how cute they look. Truly this is a great all around casual shoe. But then again I am a huge Clarks fan.

The first day I wore these they felt a little narrow but with a few more days of wear it was not as noticeable. I would liken their support to a ballet slipper. They are comfortable but there isn't much between you and the sidewalk. I have really liked the Clarks shoes I have had in the past (5-10 yrs ago) but have felt recently they are getting a bit cheap. I had started buying more Dansko's and took a chance because these were so cute and to my delight they feel more like the old Clarks.

Amazingly cute!
If I had seen these in the store I would have thought "only with jeans" but now that I have them I see they are going to be PERFECT will all my fall dresses & skirts for work, and pants of course. They feel slightly large, which just means I will have room with tights or socks, plus my Birkenstock orthotics fit right in. Minimal break in time in small toe & heel. LOVE THEM!!!

Almost like a real ballet shoe!
Wonderful cushion without losing the "feel" of the floor or ground. Classic MJ styling - the perfect replacement for a similar pair of Clark's I bought more than 10 years ago.. Wish I had bought both colors. Does it come in red??

I had a nearly identical version of these shoes from Clarks that lasted nearly 8 years. These have a lower profile - but they're still wonderful. You can wear them with both dress up and casual outfits with equal aplomb. I got them a 1/2 size smaller than usual - and they fit fine.
