Cute and Super Comfy -
Stylish, comfy, and versatile. THE most comfortable pair of shoes directly out of the box that I have ever had on my feet - wore 'em all day, no socks, and had zero problems. I bought another pair of shoes from the Artisan collection (Divine) which were also very comfortable, but these were even MORE comfortable. They look great with jeans, suits, skirts/dresses. Perfect heel height. Slightly retro, but very chic. I recommend wholeheartedly - you will adore them! I'm looking for other colors now. More of a reddish brown than a chocolate brown, which is what I wanted, but it's no biggie given all the other great things this shoe has to offer. And thanks Zappos for your speedy shipping!

Heels, At Last!!!
Finally, a pair of heels that I can wear! This is the first pair of heels I have bought in over 20 years. Not because I couldn't afford heels or didn't like heels, but because I couldn't WEAR them. I have weak ankles, bad knees and hips, bone spurs in both heels AND I'm overweight. Needless to say, wearing heels was like committing orthopedic suicide.
I found these shoes in the shoe dept. of my favorite dept. store and wore then for at least 30 minutes, walking back and forth reading a book, before deciding to take a chance and buy them. Today I HAD to wear them (a church service that social conventions required heels for the ladies) and miracle of miracles; they were comfortable for 3+ hours. I'm coming back to the web site to buy them in every color. I hope someday Clarks will make them in beige or off-white (or some spring/summer color). I'm sold on these shoes!!

Cute, but doesn't fit like a "medium" width -
I love the look of these shoes; they are stylish and not just a run-of-the-mill pump. However, despite the fact that I am a true to size "medium" width, I can barely get my feet in these. It breaks my heart to send them back, but I can't even consider wearing them. What a disappointment.

I was hesitant to get this shoe because it looked a bit granny-ish in the pictures. In person however, the champagne is not geriatric at ALL. It is beautiful and stylish, and you'd never know it was a "comfort shoe" by looking at it. Unfortunately, I didn't have a great time with the fit. The bed was contoured oddly, and I had to return the pair.

I wear size 10W, but normally if I buy an 11M, I can make due. However, this shoe almost felt narrow. I tried walking around to break it in some, but my feet were pushing off of the soles. These are beautiful shoes and I hate sending them back, but I can't even force my wide feet in these.

Love it!
At first look I questioned how comfortable this shoe would be, but it's quickly become one of my favorites. It's nice and cushy on the inside, the leather is nice and flexible, and it's quite cute.

Love it. Incredibly comfortable and very cute. Makes my big feet look small! I only wish that Clarks would make a size 11.5, I ordered the 12 and could have gone down a half size. Fit very wide through the arch and the heel, but that seems to be a Clarks thing (perfect in the toe though).

Comfort for cranky feet -
I love this shoe! I have had bunion surgery and these shoes are very supportive in lieu of an orthotic insert. The cushioned footbed is wonderful! My only complaint is the tiny buckle...but still want to order another pair!

Artisan shoe convert -
I saw these shoes at a local store and decided to try them - oh my goodness!!!! I was in heaven the instant I took my first step in these shoes!
I used to wear the usual uncomfortable heel, then I broke my leg roller skating and had surgery. So now I have to be VERY selective of the shoes I wear and had been searching high and low for heels that wouldn't irritate my leg like regular heels.
This shoe is it! So comfortable that I don't want to take them off. The cushioning on the inside is a lifesaver, and I'll be buying more of this style to have enough in reserve if they ever stop selling this style!

These shoes are so incredibly beautiful and comfortable! I am on my feet all day long and was looking for a comfortable shoe that goes well with slacks and skirts (jeans too!). These fit the bill and don't look like your average comfort shoes. My feet are so happy!

Cute and comfy, but half a size big -
These shoes are very cute in brown. The rubber soles and the shoe's construction make it comfortable and practical, but they're big, about half a size larger than marked. They're significantly larger than the other 8.5 shoes from Clarks I've tried, and I'm going to order them in an 8 to see if that fits better. My heel keeps slipping, but I can tell that it will either fit in an 8 or be worth the bother of buying heel liners. I have a very narrow heel and a wide ball of my foot, so it isn't unusual for me to have side to side movement in the back of my shoe, but it's definitely larger than an 8.5.

I have to wear suits to work but also have to do a lot of walking, and these shoes allow me to look good and stay comfortable. I have gotten may compliments on the look of the shoe and everyone is very surprised to hear that the shoes are comfortable. You can feel the softness of the cushioned sole every step.

Comfortable Shoes!
This is my second pair of Clarks' Champagne shoes. I bought my first pair and I thought, WOW these are the most comfortable heeled shoes I have ever worn! Since they didn't carry the color brown in the store, I ordered them from Zappos. I would recommend these shoes to anyone who likes a heeled shoe and one that's comfortable from the first time you wear them.

Almost as good as a tennis shoe.
They are a bit tight across the top of the foot for a bit, but after the first day, they were fine. No blisters yet, and I am on my feet walking around a busy office for 8-12 hours a day. The soles are super cushiony and very comfortable. Though they have a rather high heel, I don't feel as if I'm wearing a heel at all.

These are so comfortable, I ordered in both black and brown. I've worn the brown for pretty long lengths of time, walked and shopped in them. My feet feel great and I usually cannot wear heels. I'm one happy shopper! I did go with my larger size of 9, I'm usually 8 1/2-9.

Comfortable through a long work day. I wasn't sure about the look of these, but after a car wreck, comfort ranks above style for me. These are a pretty good blend of both. Worked with wide-leg pants and jeans. I'm a professional woman in mid-30's.

These shoes are awesome. Unfortunately I did not keep them. The braid detail cut into the area below my ankle. But I have had the same problem with other shoes, so it must be me. I would definitely recommend these shoes!

I now have 2 pairs of this shoe in different colors. They're comfortable, classic, stylish, which is sometimes a hard combination to get. I was looking for shoes with closed toes that would look good for work and look great with pants and still look feminine. And they're a great price.

LOVE these shoes. They're sharp with everything, and I don't mind putting on some mileage because they are so incredibly comfortable. The only (tiny) little issue is that the (tiny) little buckle on the strap is a pain.

LOVE these these shoes. They're a bit dressier than flats. Works with bunions (mary jane style, high ankle strap, etc.)
I wore them out of the box the first day. The second day I felt a slight pinch above my big toe (where the foot bends in the higher heel), but no issues any more.
Got lots of compliments, some from younger, trendier folks.
Also accomodates my inserts.

Great shoe!
I love this shoe - it has great style with the side braiding; the strap is comfortable and easy to fasten. I receive compliments on them when I wear them to work and they can be worn equally well with skirts or pants. Not only are they flattering to my size 12 feet - they are actually comfortable all day long. Kudos to Clarks and Zappos!
