This bag is just what I wanted. I liked it so much, I bought a different color also. It's big enough to handle anything you are going to need, including everything from the other purse, and still room for water, book, pencil and paper, or whatever you prefer, and small enough to carry anywhere you go. The strap is large enough to balance the weight of the contents and doesn't hurt the shoulder. The strap can cross the body or hang from the shoulder. Very good for travel. What I enjoy is the pockets on the inside to place credit cards, money and even lipstick or chapstick. There is 2 pockets on the outside for a cell phone, money, or whatever you need, and don't have to get into the bag.

I have had this bag over the summer and have used it for many different things from work to replacing a diaper bag. It works great! I was a bit leery about just the velcro/buckle but it stays closed well. It is just the right size for my needs.

Love this bag, ordered it yesterday got it today! It is perfect for our trip to Italy next month. Roomy enough for all my sightseeing stuff, yet small enough to feel comfortable. Glad I got it.

LOVE IT! This is the absolute most perfect bag! I bought this because I am going on a trip and wanted something other than a backpack to carry. I don't bring much on a plane (i.e. book, wallet, phone, water bottle) so this is the perfect size. But! I was so tickled with it when it came, I started using it to run errands with. Having two young children, you can put some diapers, wipes, snacks, and small toys in there along with the stuff you need, too. It's a cool post-baby bag for moms. Plus, I love the adjustable strap that you can sling the bag over your shoulder, or cross it over your body comfortably. If my husband would let me, I'd buy another one.

It a cool bag - very usable. Nice long strap and I love the rubber bottom. I ordered the red color and it is much more of a wine/burgundy red than a true red. The Zappos picture does not show the correct color. You can compare this picture to other websites to see what I mean. Still a cute, functional bag, just not the color I hoped I was getting.

I bought this for a handbag but it's just too big I will use it for a travel bag. It is very well made and I do like it but not for an everyday handbag.

It probably sounds strange to describe a bag as "comfortable", but that's one way I'd describe this bag. The strap is wide, lies flat on my shoulder, and is easily adjustable. It's more than long enough for my 5'10" height. I wear the strap across my body and the bag lies nice and flat against my side. Although the bag is a little larger than I really need for every day, a file folder or my laptop will fit inside it on the days I need them. The outside pockets fit my cell phone and sunglasses. I love being able to easily find what I'm looking for without having to dig for it!

Great bag.
I love this great big bag. Only drawback is it has a sort of rubber odor to it. I'm thinking that should dissipate in time though.

It is a great bag for a mom with two small boys. I can fit diapers, extra socks, hot wheels, snacks, and two drinks, and still look stylish.

I was looking for a crossbody bag and this one looks terrific. The rubber bottom gives it a cool rugged look; however, this makes the bag very heavy to start. I'll use it at times but it's not the everyday bag I was looking for.

Great bag - I have truly enjoyed this bag. It worked great when we were on vacation, it can hold a ton of stuff, even a magazine or book. It is really very convenient. I use it as a daily purse and although it is more than I need everyday, I love it.

I just can't make up my mind. Is it too large or not? It is a VERY large bag, be sure to check the measurements to be certain you want a bag this huge. What I wanted was a bag that I could carry as a purse, but also has enough room for my toddler's extra outfit, a pack of baby wipes, and maybe a couple toy cars. I do have room for those things, but I feel like I'm carrying something I would pack for vacation. I wouldn't consider carrying this bag when I don't have my toddler along, but that's exactly what I was looking for--something that I could use all the time, whether or not I had my son along. Having said all that, it's very well made, I love the rubber bottom, and I love the hardware because I'm not really the girly-girl type. I think its great looking. If only it were a bit smaller and wider, it could be perfect. So far, I haven't returned it.

I bought this bag for my husband who shuddered at the thought of a man using a bag like this to carry his equipment. This bag is so well made and such a good value for the price I decided to keep it for myself. It makes a great book bag, all around tote and during travels holds the overnight stuff we all need to carry on the plane.

I ordered this bag to use as a purse/carry-on bag for my trip to Hawaii. I used it for my carry-on for the plane and then emptied it out a bit for a purse the rest of the trip. I loved it! It has plenty of room and was just the right size to work for both purposes. Very sturdy and I know it will last a long time. Strap is plenty long to wear across your body. Great bag/purse!

I love this bag!
I like large purses, and this bag is perfect. From the adjustable shoulder strap to the multiple pockets, it holds all of my necessities and some extras. I wish it had a water bottle holder, but the inside is so spacious I can just stash a bottle in there. I also love the shoe-sole bottom, so I can sit the bag anywhere and not worry about it getting wet. If it gets dirty, I can just wipe it clean. I have recommended this bag to my friends.

This bag is functional for everything! I bought it for a trip and it was great to carry the things I needed, plus it was able to hold the things I bought along the way. My mom ended up buying one, too, after seeing mine! Very sturdy and the bottom doesn't get dirty with the rubber on the bottom! I won't need to buy another travel bag again!

I'm a diehard Keen shoe fan and this is my first Keen bag. Well, just like their shoes, it's the greatest! I don't like purses and don't need a HUGE messenger bag for work. This is the perfect organizer - great colors, too. I'm tired of black so I got the Bossa Nova/Potting Soil - very nice brown with a rusty red on the flap. Way to go Keen and, as usual, thank you Zappos for stellar customer service!

I'm a big fan of Timbuk2 bags - but also of Keen shoes - and found this bag in the grey/yellow combination for half price on a clearance site. It's absolutely fantastic. Well made, water-resistant and I'm really happy with the (recycled!) rubber bottom on this bag.
I realize some folks will think it's too small - it's smaller than a Large size Timbuk 2 bag - but for hauling around a couple of notebooks, plus your keys and whatnot, it's just perfect. It's got eight or ten interior pockets in various sizes and at various depths on the bag, so you're not forever having to dig in the bottom just to find smaller items. I took mine to a concert tonight and fit my wallet, keys, makeup, chewing gum, and a couple of concert shirts inside with nary a hitch.
I love this bag so much I really am considering buying another one in a different color. Seriously - if you need a really sturdy, yet cute, bag, this is the one. (I guess I'm a weirdo but I like the clasp, the belt buckle and the xposed metal. It's got more of a casual look than some shoulder bags, but I personally think that's a good thing.)

A great casual bag -
I use this bag on a regular basis. It fits my wallet, pens/pencils/notes/papers, AND my MacBook! It's very handy, and when I am not carrying my computer, the bag is even roomier. Other reviews mention the hook on the front, and I agree: it is awkward. However, I don't use it. I just use the velcro, which works well. I'm glad I bought it.

Nice looking bag, I have one in black, really like the style and the fabric. The strap is superwide and very comfortable. However, everything is a bit too small: the side pockets, the "big" inside compartment... I kept it and I like it but I wish it had more room.

I use it for work. Lots of little pockets for cell phone, and other small items. Comfortable to wear, enough space in main compartment. Get loads of compliments! Made from recycled materials a definite plus - sold me on this item.

Good space, good adjustable strap and a full cross body hands free bag with a very comfy strap. I'm not a huge fan of the airplane seatbelt buckle on the side, but everything else is cool. I bought this for travel but have found that I use it every day...very durable, lightweight, sturdy, easy to clean...and flat enough that it doesn't look like a backpack of a hiker.

Hope to love this brand new bag -
I haven't used this as I also purchased the Keen Irvington and used that instead for the trip I just took. Was going to return this but I am sure I will be happy to have it in the future. Larger than the Irvington so I can fit my laptop inside it. Not sure how I will like the closure but overall think the styling is great. The strap is long enough to go diagonally across the body, thus reducing stress on the neck and shoulders.
