As comfortable on an easy stroll as skiing chutes!
I toted this bag through airports, hotels, and down some of the most challenging off piste chutes Europe has to offer. I pack a professional Canon setup, so I am careful about protecting it. Skiing this kind of terrain does not come without perils... the bag pulled through like a champ and so did the camera! The snowboard carrier was great especially on those long hikes to the hard to reach peaks! Thrash away... you'll tear up before it will.

 |  | Hi there Zappos, I just got my tracking number for a jacket I ordered yesterday, went to the UPS website and saw that it was out for delivery. After placing dozens of orders through Zappos, processing a few returns, and contacting customer service by phone a few times, one would think that my overwhelming love of you guys would wear off. But, it hasn't; it only gets more intense with every positive experience (which has been each and every Zappos experience I've had). Anyway, I think you should have a testimonial submission function on your site I would probably fill one out after every order.
