A traveling friend of mine was wearing these sandals and raving about them. I ordered a pair, tried them on when they arrived 2 days later and now hate to take them off. Comfy? Yes! Good looking? Yes! I'm going to order another pair, in black this time.

These shoes are a great fusion, comfy and classy. They were a huge splurge for me, I'm a thrift store girl, but I wanted something that could go with everything, endure my pavement stomping lifestyle, and look good for work and play. I can't say I felt any extra calories melt away, not that I was trying, but these totally met my expectations. If you're on the fence, buy 'em!

THESE SANDLES SAVED ME!!! I HAVE TROUBLE WITH MY FEET, I AM ON THEM FOR 8 PLUS HOURS RUNNING BACK AND FORTH ON MY JOB AND NOW I AM NOT MISERABLE MY JOB HAS BECOME A LITTLE MORE PLEASANT. THESE SANDLES ARE EXPENSIVE, BUT I'M WORTH IT. THEY ARE TRUE TO SIZE AND COMFORTABLE THEY TOOK THE PRESSURE OFF THE BALL OF MY FEET WERE THE PAIN WAS, WHAT A DIFFERENCE AND RELIEF THEY MADE FOR ME. NOW ABOUT "ZAPPOS" THIS IS HOW EVERY COMPANY SHOULD BE RAN, I KNOW CUSTOMER SERVICE IT'S MY JOB, AND THIS IS THE BEST, IT'S NICE TO KNOW THAT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A TOP PRIORITY WHAT A REFRESHING IDEA, THAT THE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS IMPORTANT. This sandal is comfortable once on, but I agree with the other reviewers who say it's difficult to get on. It could have been improved by using a bit of elastic at the buckle, so that the heel strap could be slipped on and off without even using the buckle.

I have these in Black and Silver/Gold metallic, and I absolutely love them! Worth every penny. I have plantar fasciitis, and the arch support is great. Also, the sandals are both great to walk in and dressy enough to pair with a skirt or nice pants. Perfect for my two week vacation!

This is my first pair of Earth Shoes and I couldn't be happier. I loved the style, dressy but casual, and the fit is great (I have a narrow foot). Service from Zappos was easy and fast!

In need of velcro - I needed a sandal with decent arch support to wear at a week long outdoor festival at which I do a lot of walking; this was a good pick. I wish it were rigged with a Velcro closure instead of a buckle, though. I got it set and now just slip the strap over my heel, but then the shoe is just a little loose. This was my second purchase of Earth shoes and like my first, my regular size was too big, so I had to exchange it for a smaller size.

I own the Earth Sizzle in the metallic silver and gold. I thought it might be too flashy for me, but actually the colors are rather subtle, and I like that the combination goes with everything. These sandals are awesome. I wear them every weekend here in NYC, except when it's raining (which it has been doing a lot lately!). I have found that they can look both casual and a bit dressy. I have worn them with an all-black outfit out to dinner when I haven't had to really dress up but just look nice; got compliments on these sandals. Unlike another reviewer, I have not noticed them making any noise when I walk. I just notice how I forget that I'm wearing them! If I had a job where I could wear Earth shoes all day, I would be the happiest woman on the planet.

Yes, I love these shoes. They were comfortable right from the start. I even wore them to walk around the DC area the July 4th weekend. I also receive many compliments on their style.

I love these sandals, they are waaay comfortable for walking around summer in the city. I purchased these in the gold/silver multi and they go with everything, dressed up or down. Usually wear a 7W but took these in a 7.5M, thought they were tight at first but walked around the house in them all afternoon and they stretched out enough to fit perfectly. I\'d say go 1/2 size up especially if your feet are on the wider side. I wear a 7M in the Earth Arabesque with wiggle room, but I believe those are definitely 1/2 size longer than marked while the Sizzle are approx. 1/2 size shorter than marked.

I love the Earth Sizzle. It\'s very comfortable, eases lower back pain, and you can feel the alignment work your abdominals/legs (but not in an intense or unpleasant way). I have the two-tone metallic color and they go with just about anything. I\'ve gotten many compliments on them. The only complaint I have pertains to something about the insole on the metallic color (I don\'t know if the other colors have this-- it doesn\'t look like it from the pictures). There are small triangular holes in the insole, perhaps for cooling purposes, but they create an unfortunate air suction so that rather rude noises will suddenly emanate from your shoes every few steps. This is only a problem in quiet places, and I have found that I won\'t wear the shoes anyplace where that would be an issue (like at work). That aspect is the biggest disappointment for me, as I love wearing the shoes and didn\'t discover it until I had worn them outdoors and therefore couldn\'t return them. Before this keeps you from buying the Sizzle, confirm that the insole is different on the other colors first.

Really love these sandals. Like many of the other reviews on this site, I agree that the lower heel take a bit of getting used to. But, it totally works so well. When I wear these shoes I feel taller and thinner. They seem to make me stand up straighter, tuck my tummy in, and push my shoulders back! They're also pretty good looking. I love the color. Have had no problems wearing them in, they did not seem to need it, and can walk for hours on city streets with no problems. The tiny buckle is difficult to close, but a small price to pay for a shoe that looks and feels so great on.

It's true that you can wear these sandals all day right out of the box; they are extremely comfortable. I also agree that they have a nice feminine look that works great with pants or skirts. Also, I have no problem slipping my foot in and out without undoing the buckles. Funny about the negative heel though; it's not why I bought the shoe and I think they'd be just as comfortable without it. In terms of styling, I think they would actually look even better with a tiny lift (while still remaining a flat shoe though). But that is a minuscule quibble; these sandals are great and I wear them constantly.

I bought the silver and gold version. These shoes are fantastic: very comfy and pretty. I spent a few hours in them, walking around the city, and at the end of the day my feet felt great. I had no ankle or knee pain as I so often do. And they look so cute!

I love Earth shoes, have worn them almost exclusively for years. I have flat feet and knee problems, and these shoes are a dream. However, this style was a big disappointment. The shoe is too narrow through the arch and heel and has almost no arch support, so that my arches literally fall off the side of the shoe. I can\'t wear slides or thongs due to the lack of arch; these won\'t stay on the foot when you have flat feet. I hope this is not a new trend in Earth shoes, or I will have to find another brand. I\'m not giving up yet, though!

These sandals are very comfortable and so attractive. Yes, they are perfect for dressing up an outfit! I have a problem with my foot and earth shoes are the only shoes that I wear. The customer service rep, Nathan S., was very cordial! I received my sandals the following day, since I was a first time customer. I am forever a Earth Shoe and Zappos customer!

These are the best sandals ever. Instantly comfortable and very stylish. The second time I wore them I walked all over the city, probably 5 miles in total. My feet did not hurt AT ALL. I have wide feet and have a hard time finding shoes that do not pinch. I am amazed at how comfortable these are, and I've received many compliments from friends and strangers because they are so cute. I would buy these in every color if I could.

This is my first pair of Earth shoes and they do not disappoint! The negative heel is very comfortable for walking, stretching those calf muscles. I have plantar fasciitis in both heels and I think these shoes are helping. The only way these shoes could be improved upon is by the addition of better arch support.

Good solid shoes that were comfortable from the first day. Runs true to size for me and no pinching from the skinny straps. Only complaint is color wearing off quickly from foot bed.

I only wear Earth shoes, so I have several pairs of Earth sandals. These are hard to get on because of the teeny tiny buckle. I just leave it buckled and try to slip the back strap over my heel. Otherwise, I need to get my husband involved. My older Earth sandals all have either velcro or elastic. Much easier to get on, but that is also were they break first. I have these in black, they look dressy and are comfortable after I get them on.

I have been buying Earth shoes from Zappos for years now and am always exceptionally pleased with Zappos service and selection of Earth products. The Sizzle is great Earth shoe. Very comfy right out of the box and surprisingly slim and a bit more narrow than usual for an Earth shoe. I love the look and am very pleased with the comfort for a strappy sandal. I work on my feet all day and can wear the Sizzle all day and into the night for a more dressed up look from Earth. I would highly recommend the Sizzle. Enjoy!

I struggled to find a comfortable, fashionable pair of sandles. These are it. Typically I wear orthotics, but I can stand/walk 10-12 hours in these without a problem. They hide my ugly and not so little bunion and they are cute! I would have ordered the black if it had been in stock in my size.
