Love them!
I love these shoes. I now have 2 pair in 2 colors. They have a bit of a negative heel, which I like. I put them at 8 AM and wear them all day til dinner time. Never once a blister or sore spot.

These shoes are very comfortable! I can wear them all day, and my feet feel great! Wonderful support! They are a bit hard to get on...you have to sit down to achieve that task!

Cute and comfy -
These shoes are great with jeans when you want that more casual look but without a sneaker. They are very comfy right out of the box. Lots of toe room. True to size. Really like them a lot.

Comfy turned tight -
At first, I loved these shoes and wore them all the time. They fit well and were very cooshey and comfy. But after having them for 8 months or so, they are now very tight and uncomfortable. I have no idea why they changed so much and did not step in water or anything.

Unforgiving -
This is the most unforgiving shoe I have worn in a very long time. I do not look forward to having to wear them. They do not stretch or give...anywhere!

My favorite shoe!
This is my new favorite shoe--I wear them every day. They are so comfortable, yet supportive that I can wear them to work as well as afternoon walks with my dog. I will buy more in the future!

A little too small & stiff -
I usually wear a 9 in Keens. For some reason, I trusted the reviews here that the Napa is true to size and ordered an 8.5. They were a little too short and definitely too narrow for my wide feet. Plus they were stiff and not very comfortable right out of the box. If you swear by the Keen Presidio, you might want to skip this shoe.

I liked the look of this Keen shoe as it is a bit dressier than most Keens. I found it a bit stiff at first, but after wearing them a couple of times, they have softened nicely. They look great with jeans and slacks and in a pinch a person could go on a hike wearing these shoes. I normally wear a size 9 in Keens, but ordered an 8 1/2 because I thought they didn’t have the padding that the Targee has, which is what I usually wear and they fit perfectly. Lots of toe room and good arch support.

Very light weight. These shoes look like they would be heavy but they are so light! They are also very comfortable. I love that they have a lot of toe room. I am not so crazy about Keen's big rubber toe guards on the front of their shoes, but because these are black, they don't stick out as much. I definitely like these shoes.

Cute shoe but doesn't work with my orthotics -
I really like the look of these shoes, and the sizing was in line with other Keens I own. The problem with these for me is the back is cut lower than in my other Keens, and so the shoe slips on my heel when I wear my orthotics. I had to return them, which is a bummer since I have yet to see a pair I like better. If these were just a little deeper, they would be perfect.

Keen Napa was not as comfortable as I had hoped. I have flat feet and walk on concrete eight hours a day, even adding orthotics didn't help with arch support and now my knees hurt all day. Really wish Keen would make a shoe for us that need a lot of arch support and a much thicker sole to cushion the foot for hours on concrete.

Great shoes and great service from Zappos!
I have had these shoes about 2 weeks and love them. They are great support. I need knee surgery and these shoes really support my feet! I wore them all over USC for graduation and still felt great at the end of the day. I wear an orthotic and it works with these shoes.

These shoes not only look nice, but are very comfortable and stable - I use orthotics in them and love them!

Nice walking shoe, took several iterations though -
This is a very attractive walking shoe. It took me several iterations to get the right pair though, as the size 8 - which is normally my size for other Keen models - felt a half size too small. I think this model runs a bit narrower than the Keen sandals. It also took me two tries to get the right colour - the first one in the correct size that I was sent was marked as the "Rum Raisin" colour, but looked much browner rather than the raisin colour of the first (wrong size) pair. So I had them send me a third pair, which was much more reddish than the other, even though they were supposed to be the same colour.
The heel is a little lower than expected for this kind of shoe, but otherwise it's very comfortable. The colour batches can be a little tricky, and I recommend ordering a half size larger than normal if you (like me) have wide feet. But Zappos was very good and quick with all the exchanges it took to get just the right pair! Overall I am pleased with the shoes - I really wanted a pair of good closed walking shoes that *didn't* look like sneakers/trainers and these fit the bill!

Happy again -
I will admit to being a Keen fanatic. I am on my feet all day in a patient care setting. This shoe has good overall support and comfort. I took my brand new shoes on a 4 day walking tour of Chicago and have had no problems from the first day. I would ask the folks at Keen to make sure that they continue to provide shoes that focus on fit and support for those of us who still need a shoe that’s main purpose is function not fashion. Not all their shoes have the same support and comfort. I had tried 3 other models to no avail until this one arrived.

Keen!!!!
The fit on this shoe is very good. The heel does NOT slip like some people say; they must have narrow heels as it fits my foot just fine. On the brown shoe the inside is creamy color and you can see that line of cream when you have dark socks on. I didn't like that and almost returned it. Instead I took a brown Sharpie marker and covered about 1/4 inch on the inside and it worked great. Now there is no light color lining the edge of the shoe. The fit is great and I could walk forever in them!!! I am taking them to Ireland with me to explore the countryside. I expect my feet to be happy. The shoe fit right out of the box. NO break-in period. Nice!

Another great pair of Keen's!
I have several different pairs of Keen's and these are one of the most comfortable. I have a wider foot and these feel great. The embossed flowers and wavy white threads give them a lot of style. Many compliments.

I am spending 3 weeks in Germany and surrounding countries and wanted a pair of shoes that would look good with jeans or dress pants that I could walk all over medieval cities with. This shoe fit the bill. The first day I wore them they were slightly uncomfortable, but I took out the removable insole and I replaced them with my custom inserts and they were perfect.

I've had Keen sandals before and loved them. So I was surprised at my discomfort from these shoes. The back of the shoe comes in too much and rubs on my heels. I've gotten a big blister from these shoes. Too bad because they look great!

You may need to remove the inner sole to use orthotics. With some shoes, I’ve been able to get away with just placing the insert on top of the manufacturers, but it is not so with this one.

The perfect everyday casual shoe!
I own five pairs of Keens and this one is probably my favorite so far. They are my go-to shoes when it's too cold for sandals. They are great for walking, running errands, shopping all day, running around, being on your feet. Very, very comfortable and have good support. I liked these so well, I bought my mom the Napa boots for Christmas and she loves them, too. I have an autoimmune disease that affects my joints and connective tissues. This results in a lot of foot, ankle, knee, and hip issues and pain. I HAVE to have a comfy, supportive shoe or I literally cannot walk very well or very much. Keens in general are great for me. I love the wide toe box, the arch support, and the soft cushiony insoles. I also love that they come in sizes 10.5 AND 11 - both are such hard to find sizes in many brands. As far as the heel rubbing in the Napas - well, I have a super narrow, tiny heel and this is always a problem in EVERY closed-heel shoe I've ever owned. I use a jumbo sized band-aid on each heel for cushioning and it also add a little more width to keep my heel in the shoe. Works like a charm! I don't know what else to do with a 1.75" heel on a size 11 foot! The fit with these is very true to size IMO - I'm usually an 11 and the 11 in these fit perfect and felt broken-in right out of the box. I've never had to "break-in" a Keen shoe. I'll definitely be buying more Keens in the future. Thanks Zappos!

Nice pick.
I love this shoe...especially the embossed flowers. 2 weeks after purchase I'm still trying to break them in however. I'm getting there, but they rub my heel a bit, so I'm looking forward to getting past that. Otherwise, they are very cool, though I wish these had the bungee laces like many of the other keens do.

I recently purchased the Keen Napa and have been extremely satisfied with it. I have had a lot of foot problems and wear an orthotic in one shoe and it works well with that. Zappos’ service was outstanding.
