Cool looking in spite of the clunkiness -
These boots are toasty warm and look really cool in spite of the boxy clunky sole and front. They've continued to look nice after exposure to bad weather. My only issue is that I have biggish calves and it's impossible to tuck any jeans into the boot without having them look bulky and uncomfortable. I'll probably only be able to wear them with leggings. I bought them as an après ski boot though, so they will work for my purpose.

THE BEST and SOOO WARM -
So you may read a review or two that says it’s not good for snow, don’t believe them. I bought this item about a month ago to go to Italy and Zermatt (Matterhorn) Switzerland, they were great!!! I actually went down the Matterhorn in these shoes - NO SOCKS, just the shoes. They kept my feet sooo warm and the only slipping I did was because I have never walked in snow and am from FL. As I hiked down the mountain, the shoes stayed strong, kept my feet warm, there was no slipping (from the shoes), they did what they were supposed to do and were worth every penny I spent on them. They are even comfortable to walk around your house, Italy, or wherever.

Even though I live in Florida, we do get some cooler weather so I'm very glad I purchased these boots. Very fashionable and comfy. I love my other UGGS but these have a little something special about them in the added details. I Love shopping at Zappos...fast and easy and always a pleasure. Thank you.

I ordered the Ugg Upside in size 5 cornrow color, they are awesome! I saw them on someone and immediately went to Zappos to see if I could find them, and I did. Not even the Ugg website had them in stock. Love the free next day shipping. I love Uggs and I love Zappos!

These shoes are the cutest... and I have rarely seen them. Noted that they are leather not the normal Ugg material... I was pleasantly surprised and figure that this is why they are more expensive.

Love these Uggs. They look a lot better in real life than they do in the picture. They are an exact fit. They are comfortable and warm. However, they are quite heavy on the sole. A bit of a struggle to take off at the ankle area. These are heavy boots, but also quite stylish and different.

UGG Upside is Awesome!
The UGG Upside is an absolutely great boot! Great UGG comfort, warmth, durability, and really stylish, too! I ordered a size up following the reviews and it was too big... found my true size and it’s perfect! This shoe has a flat bottom for anyone who needs arch support... it’s not here. Snug in the ankle area when putting the boots on, but feels great!

New Ugg lover -
After listening to my daughter, who has a pair of the original Uggs boots, I ordered a size down from my usual size. (I can wear a 9 1/2-10 in most shoes and boots, I ordered a size 9 in the Uggs.) I also listened to the reviewers who said to wear these barefoot. After having broken them in now, they fit quite well and are very comfortable and cozy. I wore them in some very slushy puddles recently and while they appeared very wet on the outside, the water didn't leak in. They dried nicely, too, without any water stains. This style fits more snuggly on the leg, so tucking in pant legs is sometimes challenging. An option is to cuff your pants up to the top of the boot. While I won't be wearing these boots out to a nice restaurant, I do enjoy wearing for errands and anytime I need some extra warmth.

The Best in Every Way!
What a terrific boot! I usually wear 8 ½ and went a size down in these, which turned out to be the right choice. Excellent fit, with no inordinate slouching of material at ankles to cause blisters --which is what happened when I went a size up on my UGG Sundance IIs, as had been recommended. Also, we have some very brutal winters here and these boots have been getting me through the worst without incident --have yet to even come near to slipping on the ice, so not sure why that was a problem for the other reviewer. They feel and look great, and have fetched lots of compliments. For a more feminine look, when the snow is not too high, I wear my UGG Cove boots (sizing up a half worked best for those). But for practicality and warmth on snowy winter days, these are attractive and perfect fit to boot!

Ugg Upside Boots -
I bought these boots to wear to yoga during the winter to keep my feet warm and comfortable. They are so soft and warm that I almost never take them off. Based on reviews, I got a size 10. I usually wear a 9-9 ½. They fit perfectly. My jeans fit in them nicely and look so stylish. I got a pair of Bear Paws as a gift and there is no comparison. You will never regret spending the extra money for these boots. They are well made and will last for many years. My Bear Paws are already falling apart after only two weeks of wear. Now that is a waste of money.

I Love These Boots!
I was nervous about what size to order - I wear a 7 in regular shoes, but tend to wear my shoes snug. So, I took a risk and bought a size 6, and they are perfect - a bit of a challenge to get on at first, but I know they'll loosen up a bit. Overall, I'm so happy with them!

These boots are lovely! They are so warm, cozy, and cute! I was a little worried at first that they were too big. I wore them around the house for a day and decided they fit just fine. I'm an 8 ½ and ordered a 9. The toe box is wide, so that's what I was worried about, but that just means you have room for your toes to wiggle around and not get pinched. They fit great and I get tons of compliments each time I wear them. I bought them in espresso. Good luck, they are impossible to find!

Uggs are expensive, but they are truly of excellent quality. The shearling in this boot is superb, thick, and soft. The boot looks cute and since you can adjust it with the side laces, it looks tighter around your thighs. Would purchase in more colors if available! And, as usual, Zappos' service was great: the customer rep was very friendly and helpful on the phone. I ordered the boots one afternoon and got them the next day.

Great For Warmth, Not For Ice -
These are my first pair of Uggs. I definitely was unsure of whether to purchase these because there is a lot of concern about the weather in my college town. It snows a ridiculous amount and there is plenty of ice when I'm walking to and on campus. NOT SAFE! I have buffed it many a times, so it is NOT good for anti-slipping. I love how I can keep my feet warm without socks which is a plus, but that is not necessarily what I was looking for in the first place. Not a disappointment, but very wasteful since my boyfriend spent so much on them and they don't get the job done in ice. As for the size, I am normally an 8.5, so I got an 8. The ankle was VERY tight at first, but stretched out and has that "slouchy" look which I am not too fond of, but hey, they're CUTE!

I own quite a few pairs of Uggs and these are extremely warm and comfortable. I wear in regular shoe sizes between an 8 and 8 1/2 and the 8 fits me. I am very happy with this purchase.

I ordered my boots at 11pm on a Tuesday and when I got home from work on Wednesday at 5pm they had arrived. It was suggested to order 1/2 size up however I went with my gut instinct and ordered 1/2 size down. They are a perfect fit and truly exceeded all of my expectations. They are so rich looking and so comfortable it's as though they were custom made for me. I put them on the day I received them and have only removed them for sleep. I LOVE them. This has to be one of the best purchases I have made in a long time.

Awesome boot!
This is such a great boot! This is my first pair of Uggs, I could not understand what all the fuss was about until my sister-in-law had me put my foot in hers. I do not like the look of the Classics, but I loved the feel, so when I found these, I flipped. They are cute, plus have the coziness of the shearling all the way around your foot. My sister-in-law recommended I order down, so I did. I was very nervous at first as they seem to be all, but gone everywhere. I am a very true 9 and ordered the 8 leather. At first I could barely get my foot in. The seam around the ankle was very tight. My toe rubbed the front of the boot and I thought there was no way. My husband who has worn leather his whole life told me just to wear them a little while. So I did, barefoot as they recommend. They say the shearling forms around your foot and becomes personalized. They have loosened up so much. I am so happy I listened despite my nervousness. If I had gotten the 9, they would have been way too big. Leather will always, always loosen up and the softer it is, the easier it will loosen.

Great boot! Very comfortable, very warm and very fuzzy. Love how the fuzzy goes all the way to the bottom. Bought the lightest colored, should have gotten mocha, but so far, no stains (spilled soy sauce on them the first day, wiped right off). Don’t want to take them off. I would like another pair in a different color. Excellent shipping by Zappos, very fast!

Very masculine looking boots.
I have other Uggs that are not as wide as these. The boots look very manly from the ankle down. They are very comfy, but I just can't get past the look. Need something a little more girly.

I LOVE this Shoe. I wasn't a big fan Of UGGS. Then I saw this while browsing. I HAD to HAVE these. They slide on and off with no problem. I wear anywhere from a 9-10. So I ordered a 9. After the initial wear they fit GREAT! The only drawback is they are a little stiff. My car's a stick shift so they kind of make driving a little difficult. They are GREAT to wear with a skirt and boot cut or straight leg jeans. They are nice and warm. I almost don't want to wear them outside they're so pretty!

I received a replacement shoe after one year because I told Zappos that the identical shoes were too uncomfortable to wear, and they made good on their guarantee and sent me a replacement pair.
