Wonderful shoes--wonderful service -
These Keens were a magical fit right out of the box. So comfortable, I considered wearing them to bed! :) Seriously, they are stylish, true to size, as comfortable as a slipper, yet a true outdoor shoe, wearable with or without socks. I just ordered my second pair, not willing to risk they may not be available in the future.

Good looking shoe, but pinches the little toes -
I like wearing this shoe; it looks good and feels comfortable. But for the first few days I wore it, it pinched my little toes in a way that I'd only felt with high heels before. This has abated, but if I wear them for long periods I can feel this.

My Dog Walking Shoes -
I got these shoes to walk the dog, because I don't like to wear sneakers except to the gym. They look fine with casual pants, and I think they will be good until the snow gets deep. I think they look pretty good. Other members of the family tell me that they are not very stylish. My biggest gripe with them is that the back of the shoe is so stiff that it actually left my foot dripping with blood, even through a sock. I've been wearing band aids for two weeks and stepping heavily on the back of the shoe every time I take them on and off. I think it's getting softer and that I will continue to wear them.

This shoe was perfect in length and width, but I have a narrow heel, and the heel slipped! I bought some heel inserts and they helped, but I would warn people with narrow heels that these are wide in the heel. They are so nice looking with jeans, though.

I'm wearing these shoes all the time. They are comfortable, true to size, give support to my fallen arches, and fit in well with my 'uniform' of slacks and black turtleneck. I'm very happy with the Chamonix.

Tight fit -
I bought these shoes per the recommendation of my podiatrist. I work in the bar or restaurant industry and these do not have much anti-slip action. They are a little hard to actually get on if you are wearing socks too. I’m sure once they are worn for a while they will fit quite nicely. I bought a 6.5 and they fit fine, just a little tight around the ankle area.

I liked this shoe instantly! Wearing it, I realized how comfortable it is. It's just different and makes any outfit I wear look creative and special. I get a lot of compliments too. Can't miss getting a second pair!

I like the look of these casual and almost cute looking shoes. They run A LITTLE long and A LITTLE narrow. The instep is too flat for me, so WARNING for those with high insteps: It was hard for me to get these shoes on, and I never thought of myself as having a high instep. The shoe was a little uncomfortable too because of that constant pressure. The shoe's material seems kind of thick. I can’t tell if it will loosen up with time. I have enough problems with my feet without adding another one.

In the end, happy. At first I didn't like the look, but was trying them on in PJ pants. With jeans - what a difference. Without socks I got a small blister on the inside of one heel, with socks they are fine. So far so good, but I am taking these to Barcelona, so that will be the real comfort test. Also, the service Zappos provided was by far the absolute best I have experienced.

Still new...
I have several pairs of Keens that I love and walked all over Europe in during the summer so I decided to buy another pair of Keens for the winter. I have only worn them once but they were not instantly comfortable as many say. The heel rubs on one foot but I am hoping that they will stretch enough that this won't continue to be a problem. I also ordered the half size up but they were too big.

This is my second pair, different color. I LOVED the first pair and had to have another in brown. These are THE most comfortable shoes ever. I am still wearing the others, been almost a year of fairly constant wear...found I just didn't really want to wear any other shoe. I'm sticking to all Keens for now.

Gotta love a Keen!
I am a mosaic artist, and on my feet 10-12 hours a day. I have never had the luxury of ordering a shoe, as I am picky and hard to fit where footwear is concerned. But I own a pair of Keen sandals, and felt confident to buy these without trying these on first, and they did not disappoint! Out of the box, onto my feet, back to the studio, and I have worn them with extreme comfort every day since they arrived. They are easy to slip on, but not sloppy, offer great support in the footbed, may be a little wide in the heel but nothing to worry about (and I am very narrow healed), and look nice to boot! You can't go wrong with this shoe. I expect to still be wearing this one three or four years from now.

These shoes are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn - and I'm a shoe person. I would recommend them to everyone - and I've already told dozens of people about them. I love them almost as much as I love Zappos.

Truly waterproof, very comfortable shoe. Rugged design and warm, too. Hint: If you want to wear these shoes with medium thick socks for wet winter weather, order a half size larger.

Comfy, stylish, and sturdy -
First, these shoes came to me FAST. 15 hours after I ordered them they were at my door.
They are totally comfortable and wearable straight out of the box. They fit perfectly; I'm a size 8 and did not have to go up or down at all with this shoe. I find them great for walking and they've helped me navigate the ups and downs of Chicago winter. Great traction.
I completely recommend them and will probably cry if mine ever wear out.

There is GIVE to the upper!
Not as comfy as older Keens I owned. Bottoms of feet did ache after a few hours on them, but still quite comfy overall. I like the hidden stretch in the upper. If they took this out as they did in the clog style of this shoe, I wouldn't be able to wear them - the tops of my arches/feet would be squished.

I've enjoyed Keen's cute and comfortable shoes before but no shoe beats this one for comfort and classy design. I need cushioning and want style and this shoe provides both.

Shoes feel great, average looking and the color is clearer (almost grey) than in the picture. But overall great shoes to work on if you are standing on your feet all day.

Fantastic!
Bought these for an easy on and off shoe that would keep me dry in the wet, snowy Chicago winter, and have not been at all disappointed. They are very waterproof, comfortable enough to walk in for hours, and still cute enough to wear with jeans on casual Friday. Would buy them again in a heartbeat (and probably will!).

Looks cool and feels comfy!
This will be one of my spring casual shoes and it feels comfy and looks sleeker than my previous Keen shoes which is a welcome change. The right foot felt a little tight at first, but felt better as time wore on. I just need a light trouser sock as I don't like to wear thick socks with these, so I got mine true to size. I love Keens and Zappos!

Great shoe!
I LOVE the look of this shoe! And it fits my wide foot very comfortably. My only issue is it doesn't have enough arch support for me, which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. I have extremely high arches as well as plantar fasciitis. I'm not able to fit my orthotics in these, but my podiatrist is going to put "homemade" arch supports in these for me. After that, I'm counting on these being my favorite shoe!
