Narrow toe bed.
This is the second pair of Fitzwell's I have to send back. My toes were too wide for the toe bed, meaning that of all things my 4th toe was hanging off the shoe. I think they're gorgeous shoes, just not for me.

So Sad! (BUYER BEWARE)
I ordered a pair of these for my wedding because the style is vintage art deco which matches my Lhuillier Chantilly lace gown. When they arrived I was disappointed with the craftsmanship but still thought they were THE perfect style for my gown. I ordered SEVEN more pair which were all as bad as the first.
BUYER BEWARE: The fabric cuts into your feet and the heel tips aren't even fully attached to the rest of the shoe. Unless you want a cheap shoe made with glitter and hot glue I suggest looking elsewhere. I am still a loyal Zappos customer though! The free overnight shipping can't be beat! It took over a week for Saks to deliver my Jimmy Choo shoes, but those I will keep. ;-)

Pretty, BUT flimsy -
These shoes are very attractive and comfortable - especially considering the heel height, BUT literally seconds after I had slipped my feet into them, the trim started to unravel and fall off (and the fit was perfect, so it wasn't like I was putting any stress on the delicate straps!). It's a shame because they're so pretty... but I'm sending them back.

Bronze is murky, muddy -
Size seemed true, but the bronze color is really dull. I wanted the silver, but it was gone everywhere on the internet. I loved the look of the shoe so much I ordered this color, but sent it back immediately because I didn't like it at all.

Bad for Wide Toes -
My feet very wide and bony in the toe area (aka - I have bunions), but are otherwise normal. In an effort to get the toe area of the shoe to fit, I ordered wides - to no avail! They were still too narrow in the toes by a LOT, and were huge everywhere else! Unfortunately not a good choice for people with feet that are not uniformly wide or narrow.

Theses shoes are great. The only negative aspect about them is that the sizes are a little weird. I am usually a size 7, but the 7W was way too big for me. I ordered the 6 1/2W (it was very easy to exchange the shoes with the free shipping policy!!) and they fit except there is a little bit of room between my foot and the sole of the shoe. I am going to get an insert to but on the sole of the shoe and I'm sure that will do the trick.
If you have wide feet like me, they are wonderful. I bought these to wear at my sisters wedding and I am confident they will not hurt my feet throughout the day. Overall, these are great shoes and Zappos is amazing!!

Your foot slides forward so that your pinkie toe is a bit scrunched. But they look great!!!

Bronze sandals -
In appearance, they were stunning. In comfort, not so much. They were very tight around the pinky toe area, excruciatingly tight. My pinkies were still hurting the next day (and I don't have wide feet). As far as the color and overall appearance, they were perfect, but I needed them for a wedding, which required being on my feet for long periods of time and I'm just not used to wearing heels anymore, so maybe that's why they were so uncomfortable. They have a gel area in the heel part, but the gel is very hard, doesn't really absorb the impact, so I found that to be more uncomfortable than helpful. For women who are used to wearing heels, they shouldn't be a problem, but as far as I'm concerned, I'm glad I took some spare flats for the dancing part of the evening.

Zappos is fabulous!
I ordered these shoes for a chocolate brown bridesmaid dress and they worked out perfectly. I have a very wide foot and these fit great. They almost made my size 8 1/2 Wide foot look dainty.

I have a hard time fitting into strappy sandals as I have small feet, but they are wide from years of dancing.
This shoe was perfect for me; comfortable, sexy, I danced all night.

Not as great as the Vigottis -
Beautiful shoe but the toe area was as long as size 8's but narrower so my 4th toe hangs off a bit. A half size larger would be too large.

These shoes were bought for my 16 year old daughter for a homecoming dance. She doesn’t usually wear heels as she is 6 ft tall however the dress she had needed a dressier heeled shoe. She loves the shoes they made her size 12 foot look great and very feminine and actually were comfortable. After just a few hours of wearing them around the house to get used to them she was able to wear them without any problems.

Shoes for my daughter's wedding...
The look was perfect, they fit wonderfully, I am not used to wearing heels so as comfortable as they were initially, the strap near my little toe started to hurt. I do love them!

My feet are wide, so I decided to purchase this pair. This shoe is entirely too wide and stretches more as you wear it! After two hours of wearing this shoe, the elastic band, which attaches the buckle, was stretched too. My feet slid forward in this pair of shoes, allowing my toes to nearly hang over the edge of the shoe! Buyers beware of this shoe! I have purchased other shoes from Zappos, own over 180 pairs of shoes and this is the absolute worst! My advice: Choose a different pair!

Nice shoe but...
I have been going crazy to find a shoe for my daughter's wedding. This seemed like a nice shoe, and although it was pretty, it did not fit well. It was particularly loose at the ankle because it was a bit wide for a medium width shoe. In addition, the heel made me feel a bit wobbly when I walked. Unfortunately, I will be returning them.

Best Dress Shoe Ever -
Extremely comfortable. I plan to wear these shoes when I have to dress up and don't want to, they will make jeans look formal. The gel has no effect on sizing. Buy your regular size. It just makes the heel feel lower and more comfortable.

Sexy Shoe -
This is a really attractive shoe. The straps are a little large and I wish you could make them a little tighter, but they are very comfortable and sexy. I wore them to work for 9 hours, and my feet were still comfortable by the end of the day! I recommend this shoe.

Pretty & Comfortable!
I wore these to my friends wedding. After church all of the other girls were complaining about blisters and taking their shoes off in the limo. These shoes were soo comfortable. I brought flip flops with me in case my feet hurt, but I didn't need them. I danced all night and my feet were fine. Plus the shoe is so pretty and sparkly, I love these shoes.

Very cute and comfortable!
I received so many compliments on these shoes. I had a bunch of black-tie events and needed new shoes (my feet grew half a size larger when I was pregnant). I was so happy to find that these come in wide widths! My feet are very "Fred Flintstone" looking, but I still want cute shoes. These were great. The padding was very nice, and I was able to be on my feet all night without discomfort, and without straps digging into my wide Hobbit-looking feet. They actually made my feet look cute.

If you are used to buying high end shoes, this shoe will not meet your expectations. Overall, the shoe is fine. But, the material reflects the price.
However, it was quite comfortable. But if you are a true size then you need to go a 1/2 or whole size larger.

I have a big foot and I love these shoes. They are comfy and stylish. A little wide, so if you have narrow feet, keep that in mind.

Surprisingly cute and reasonably comfortable -
I bought these with 3 other pairs of silver shoes to try out with a dress. One of the other pairs was Stuart Weitzman. These were the least expensive of the bunch and were the ones I kept. The style is very flattering, makes my 7.5W foot look slimmer. They look classier in person than online, though the silver is definitely shimmery. They were reasonably comfortable for an outdoor wedding and indoor reception with dancing that lasted a total of 6+ hours.

This shoe is really beautiful. I ordered champagne - which has gold and silver shimmer on the top straps. But, my foot is too thin for this shoe, doesn't fill up the straps. And even with the comfort cushion, the pressure on the heel is intense. So, returning. But it is hard to let them go.
