Like the look, but heel broke after 4 wearings!
Disappointed - glue in heel gave after four wearings and I just threw them away.

Love these shoes!
I ordered these shoes in brown. These shoes were very comfortable directly out of the box. I wear an 11M and they felt true to size, maybe just a bit on the wide side. Love them!

It's a good shoe.
I wear these shoes almost everyday to work. I like them a lot, but the toe and the heel are already starting to wear and look kind of old after only a couple of weeks. This happens to me quite often, so I could probably attribute that to my daily activities and not to the product itself.

Nice Looking Boot -
It’s a nice looking boot and fits well. I have gotten a lot of compliments when wearing them. There is a label on bottom on the boot (interior) that is slightly raised and it takes about an hour of wearing the shoe to stop feeling. It is not uncomfortable, just noticeable.

Don't Fitzwell -
This is the second Fitzwell shoe I have tried, and I am noticing a trend that they are not for my feet. They are either tight across the toe or too big at the heel (1/2 size larger). The shoe is very good looking, but may be better for someone with a larger heel and skinnier foot?

I purchased the Fitzwell Charter because I wanted a comfortable ankle boot to wear to work and also socially. I normally wear a higher heel & I was afraid that these boots might look "manly" on me but they do not. I really do appreciate the support in the shoe; I definitely do not feel like I've been wearing boots for 8+ hours a day at work. They aren't "heavy" boots either; I don't make a lot of noise when I walk around in these & I am very heavy on my feet when I walk. I have these in black and brown & also purchased the Fitzwell Laney in Blonde. I also wear a size 10 & I hate it when my shoes look too big....these look just perfect & they don't make my feet look very big at all.

Charter is cute, but not so comfy -
I don't usually purchase shoes w/much of a heel, because I get a lot of pain on the pad of my foot. I was hoping that the extra padding advertised would allow me to get this cute shoe/boot, but after a day of walking around NY City, I've found it basically the same comfort level as most of shoes w/that heel size (2 1/2). I really don't understand why all women's shoes aren't made w/more padding - especially those with higher heels!

Classy and comfortable -
I am enjoying these shoes and would order from Zappos again. They are not only classy looking but very comfortable. I have not worn this high of heel in awhile; so, I was a little hesitant to order them. I am glad I did.

Great boot with jeans or tights!
This boot is a keeper! Very comfortable for a boot. I wear several times a week.

 |  | Within 20 minutes of placing the order below with another website, I placed an order with Zappos.com for a similar product for my son. I received a similar confirmation of my order. An hour or so later, I received a notice that my shipping had been upgraded and that my package was being picked for shipment. While I was sleeping I received shipping information and shortly after noon today I received the shoes. At the time I am typing this, I have received no shipping information or confirmation from the other website and my order still shows 'Open' more than 24 hours after placement. So I ask you...Who do you think I will order from next time?
