I ordered these for my daughter and she loves them. They look cool with jeans and the colors on the side allow her to match them with a number of different tops.

My daughter loves these. They are apparently the "in" shoes these days. And they look and feel very comfortable!

The shoe is the cutest thing. My granddaughter says it is very comfortable AND she is wearing it. She is at that stage where she won't wear it if she doesn't like it. Apparently the shoe has enough support to be comfy all day. The shoe runs VERY short, had to order it a size and a half bigger than I would have thought!!!

A very happy daughter -
We bought these shoes for a Christmas present for our 11 yr. old daughter. She HAD to have a pair of Etnies and we couldn't find any in town. She squealed with delight when she opened them. They are made well, and they are cute. They seem to fit just right and she says they are so comfortable she wanted to sleep in them! We will purchase another pair when she out grows them.

 |  | I recently was looking for some Ugg slippers in black and ended up ordering them directly from another site (who charges shipping both ways). When I called to cancel the order, they would not let me. I was obligated. I knew about your site and the free shipping both ways. I guess I should have stuck with my original plan and ordered from Zappos. I saw the interview with your CEO today on Oprah and was very impressed with your idea of customer service. I myself have had many bad experiences with customer service over the years. I think from this point forward I will only order from Zappos. I so much appreciate the fact that customer service comes first. If and when I move to Henderson, Nevada, the first thing I am doing is applying for a job with your company.
