These shoes are not quite as comfortable as the Cynthia style which I had purchased before. They were a little difficult to break in, but since doing so, they are now comfortable enough to wear for most of the day. The heel height is perfect.

My shoes are wonderful. I had ordered two other pairs which were too small. (My feet have changed sizes.) I put these on and wore them all morning without any problems. Returns were simple and delivery on both orders was wonderful. I had never tried Ros Hommerson shoes before, but I will be purchasing them again.

These pumps are very comfortable. Even though first time I wore them I did get a blister on the inside of the ankle. But after that, they were fine. Fit is true to size and very good quality leather! Thanks Zappos

I waited almost three years for these to come back! They are very comfortable; I live in them for work; the best conservative pump I've purchased. I have them in black and navy. I am only disappointed that they ran out of the gray ones in wide width so quickly. Don't worry about fit; they are definitely true to size.

Ros Hommerson makes very good quality shoes. The Viva Shoe is very stylish, yet very practical. It is the perfect business shoe. With the right heel height and comfortable padding, you can wear it all day in the office. Yes, I would recommend this shoe to a friend. Personal request: Please bring back the Ros Hommerson "Dreamy" shoe in 11M. Thanks.

If you have trouble finding the right width for a dressy heel, look no further, this is the best one I've found & I've been looking for a while.

Fit AA as advertised. Heel too high, but I had a local shoe repair lower it. I would have preferred something with a more roomy toe box. The very pointy toe seems a bit long with your feet are already size 11.

Fabulous! I bought 7.5WW, my normal size/width, and this pair fit very well. The pumps are very comfortable - and professional looking at the same time. I would definitely buy another pair.

Bought this shoe for my daughter's wedding (tried 6 different pair, one in 2 different sizes -- thanks, Zappos, for making that possible and so convenient). Wore them to the rehearsal and then through picture taking, last-minute set-up, ceremony, receiving line, and a night of dancing. I am absolutely delighted with the comfort -- didn't once feel like kicking the shoes off, even though I'm afflicted with corns and bunions. Used a clip-on grosgrain bow to snazz it up a bit. Love the heel shape, a very sophisticated look. I'll definitely look for more shoes in this brand.

Quality crafted, elegant shoe. Very good fit, size as expected. It's a little more heel than I usually wear so I can't walk in them forever, but that's just me. I have worn them to public/stage appearances and have gotten compliments.

These shoes are so comfortable and true to size. One can stand through eight hours on cement at a trade shoe; and so simple and elegant they can be worn to a wedding and dance all night.

"W" Sized Shoes -
I wear a 6.5 size shoe. The "M" size is too tight but when I order the "W" size, the shoe is too big (long). I ordered three different shoes until I realized it is not the shoe but the sizing. Next time I will order a 6W and see how that feels.

This shoe dug into the sides of my feet, on the top of my foot, so they're going back to Zappos. Otherwise they seemed to fit well. They didn't seem to have much support though - I ordered 6 different navy pumps at once in order to choose 1, and these had the least support in terms of the ball of the foot, of the whole lot. It's an attractively shaped shoe though.

This is a beautiful dress shoe, but a little bigger than a 9 WW usually fits my feet. The toe pinches a little, but I don't wear them more than a few hours.

A little different than I thought...
I ordered a 10 W size of Ros Hommerson's Viva. While they are the EXACT appearance that I wanted, the size was slightly different. The wideness of the shoe wasn't as wide as I expected. I have another pair of heels that are of the wide fashion and they fit much better, even when I first got them. However, they are much easier to wear when I wear them with nylons. I can walk very easy in them and they just scream professional. I am overall happy!

Misses the mark -
Looking for a basic black pump - like this! However, they just did not fit right and sort of "gapped" on the sides. I have a narrow heel and these just did not fit correctly, plus also felt about 1/2 size too short in the vamp. Zappos is great though!

Great looking shoe -
This is a lovely shoe, but I found them narrower than I expected and have had to have them stretched so I can wear them. No doubt, with wear, they will be more comfortable. Admittedly, this is the first pair of heels I have bought in a long time!
