Mostly great shoe - Was a little hard to break in – some blisters on little toe of one foot. Afterward, very nice, lots of very long walks on pavement, 10-20 miles in one stretch. Feet got a bit sore. Wore a lot when traveling in SE Asia. Lots of granite tile for pavement. These shoes have almost 0 traction on smooth, wet surfaces. Almost lost my footing many times. On any rough surface, concrete or roughened granite, the shoes were great. Feet didn't get too warm with the Gor-tex either – kept feet nicely dry despite the weather.

The Best fit for my feet -
These shoes are comfortable if they fit your feet. They are just a touch short and just a touch wide, but they are great otherwise. I am not huge fan of the looks of any shoes in this category, but they are supposed to keep you comfortable, warm, and dry, not win a fashion contest. I haven't worn them in the rain yet so I don't know about that aspect of the shoe. Overall, I like these cross trainers.

I liked the way the shoe is made. An extremely well made shoe for the serious hiker. I kept the shoe, but I was really looking for a lighter shoe with the casual style.
Other shoes recommended by reviewer: I bought Propet and I like it ok. It is very light, but I don't like the metal string loops.

Very sturdy. Reasonably cool and breathable for a waterproof shoe. Excellent support and lateral stability. Sizing seems to run a little on the large size so it is a good choice for those needing to use their own orthotic inserts.

I have been looking for a work shoe that feels like a sneaker that would hold up to 8 hours a day working on a golf course. It was very comfortable and very waterproof. It also looks great with work shorts or jeans. Love this shoe , bought a second pair 1 week later.

Excellent low cut shoe -
This is one of the most comfortable shoes I have worn. I have a foot problem and this shoe has helped me be more comfortable wearing shoes. I also own several pairs of Vasque Breeze boots. Can't say enough good about them.

 |  | I just wanted to take the time to tell you that this was the best online retail experience I've ever had! From start to finish, the process was extremely well thought out. The ordering process was as easy as actually being in a brick and mortar store, payment was a breeze, and shipping was unheard of! I ordered two pairs of Globe "The Don" shoes on Tues night around 7pm. The next day I got an email saying my shipping was being upgraded at no charge cuz I'm "super rad" and then on Thurs afternoon, they were on my doorstep!
