I love my new Avia athletic shoes. I was drawn to the color of them, I am usually a Nike fan, but I thought why not give them a try they got great reviews. They are so comfortable, just what I wanted and the price was right. I love buying from Zappos because of their return policy and its amazing how fast they ship. I saw these shoes in a catalog and decided to check out Zappos to see if they had them, and they did and i even saved myself $12.00 plus the security that if i didn\'t like them i could return them free shipping. I love Zappos!

First time purchase of Avia in hopes the width would really be a true wider width. Additionally, the support/cushioning for lower back would be important. Well, I\'m surprised and delighted to say that these shoes worked from the get go! I will buy them again!

Zappos service is terrific. The sneakers arrived quickly and they are very comfortable. I have wide feet and wanted a sneaker I could wear a thick sock with these sneakers fit the bill. Recommended.

This shoe is so comfortable, stylish and affordable. Avia is always my first choice in exercise shoes. I can wear them immediately and exercise without having to worry about fit or comfort. I chose this shoe not only for the way it fits my foot, but also for the fact that the color is supportive of breast cancer awareness, with its pink sidelines and undersoles. Receiving my shoes two days after I ordered them, shipping free, was a real surprise. Zappos is the only way to go to get the shoe you want!

I used Zappos.com for the first time last month. Not only did I purchase a great pair of running shoes for a wonderful price, but I didn't pay for shipping! I did not have to go out to the malls, or over pay at a specialty store. I normally pay more than double for running shoes! I absolutely love Zappos and I will be a life long customer. My shoes arrived on time and I received a prompt email after my purchase with a confirmation number and the tracking info. I will always recommend Zappos to my family and friends.

I love these shoes. They are so comfortable and very light. Usually when I wear running shoes my feet tend to be really sweaty. Not with this. I highly recommend these shoes. Also, the fast shipping doesn't hurt either.

Love these shoes! I wish they still had these shoes with the blue and black trim. But they are the most comfortable shoes I've ever had, and I've walked miles and miles in them.

I had been looking for the very same shoe on line, after wearing out my other pair. I had foot surgery a few years ago, and these were the best fitting, and most comfortable shoes I could find. Needless to say,I was thrilled to find them here, and after buying one pair,I immediately bought another pair to have in reserve. The price was great,and the quick service and shipping even better! Great shoe - I have a pair similar and they have been my favorite for a couple of years. Zappos showed the soles in the picture, which matched my old soles, they the turned out to be a pretty good fit. I ordered them in 2 different colors and the lighter blue ones are just a tad short in the toe, but definitely wearable.

Great shoe especially for problem feet -
I love this shoe! I like the fact that
I can remove the insoles & replace them with orthotics. Also, with a bunion on one foot, the mesh area in the front of the shoe gives, so no pain in that area, even with a medium width shoe! The other foot had a bunion correction, and that shoe feels great also. I'll buy this style shoe again, can't beat the comfort & stability it gives me. When it comes to comfortable feet, I'm sticking with this shoe!!!! EXCELLENT product! I've had numerous surgeries on one foot & have problems with the other, so I have to wear shoes when I want to walk without pain, these are my pick for no pain when I walk, I constantly wear them until I go to bed at night!

Good shoe for walking, but not great for running. Got blisters in my arches the first time I ran in them. Cute and comfortable for going to the gym, but I'll need another pair of shoes for running.

They're so comfortable and I was able to fit all my orthotic supports in them. (That's why I need such a huge size).

Excellent Work Out Shoes -
I do anywhere from 1 - 2 hours of cardio a day. Mostly bike, elliptical, no running. I was able to wear these shoes comfortably at the gym on the first day. I did get a little tingling in my foot on the elliptical after a few days, but that happens to me a lot so I wouldn't entirely blame the shoes. My last pair of Avias lasted 2 years. I'm sure these will do just the same.

Took a little breaking in and my feet did get blisters but after a week they cleared up. Overall great shoe for a good price.

I am not an avid runner, so I am not comparing this shoe to some of the high end running shoes. But it is very comfortable with good heel support. I use it for light running and the gym. I have found that Avia tennis shoes are very sturdy and long lasting.

Great everyday shoe -
I bought these shoes (at a department store--hey, I needed the sale price!), and they were the most comfortable shoe for the lowest price. They feel very much like my old Spalding shoes, which I'm devastated to find aren't made anymore. Those shoes lasted me for years, in fabulous comfort down to the last day, and I hope these Avia will do the same.
I'm not a runner, I just like comfortable athletic shoes for everyday wear. And because I don't need them to be "high-tech", I don't feel I should have to pay for "high-tech". Frankly, I don't feel that I should have to pay more than $30 for a non-specialty shoe, ever. These Avias, on sale, are just about right. Good padding, snug fit, adequate depth in the heel, and plenty of 'give' in the heel cushioning.
I'm not wild about the ice blue color, but you can't have everything.

Sporty fit -
I do a lot of walking and this athletic shoe is very comfortable. I needed a shoe with good support and I'm very happy with this shoe's arch support since I have noticed recently a lot of athletic shoes are lacking in support and comfort. I've also have gotten lots of compliments are the style of this shoe.

First of all, shipping was SO fast. The shoes arrived the day after I ordered them, and you don't even have to pay shipping! That was awesome. I bought the shoes to help with my shin splints; unfortunately they hardly have any arch support at all. They do have good cushion in the heel though and they fit snug so it feels like I have good support in other areas. The shoes look really good too. But you get what you pay for, and this is one of the cheaper pairs of running shoes and I'd say they are for beginners only- a person who has been running for a long time might not be satisfied with their performance. All in all, they are a good shoe. I liked everything about them except the lack of arch support.

This shoe is great! Did not need to break them in. I ware these shoes every day to work and am very happy with them although I did add an insert. Some shoes when adding an extra cushion in the shoe my socks would walk down or shoe felt too tight. These worked great with no problem.

Cute But Loose. ..
Zappos is amazing. I ordered these shoes at 8 or 9 at night and had them the afternoon of the following day. I read the reviews and thought, "I'll give these a try," but I probably should have stuck to the Rykas. The shoes are definitely nice-looking, but I have to pull the laces ridiculously hard to get them to feel form-fitting. I like a secure, snug sneaker.

I love these shoes. I bought 2 pairs, one for the gym and one for work. I couldn't be happier. I have a heel spur and these shoes put me back in the gym. I will be buying these again.
