Adorable girls’ shoe -
This shoe is adorable and lightweight. My only complaint is that the toe got scuffed very quickly. Some shoes similar in style have a rubber toe guard. Then again, it is a kids shoe and perhaps I should have anticipated it. Also noteworthy is the ample room over the instep. It's not necessarily a wide shoe, but I was pleased to see that it accommodated by daughter's high instep, even with thicker socks on. It also kept her feet dry on a rainy day, granted I didn't let her jump in puddles. It's not an excessively cushioned shoe, but toddlers don't need a lot of cushioning in their shoes since they still have a lot of fat on their feet. It can also destabilize them. The lack of arch support is also acceptable, since toddlers don't have pronounced arches yet. Overall, I'm thrilled.
