I love the shoe. I have had difficulty finding a navy shoe with a comfortable heel I could wear to teach as well as to go out to dinner. It has a nice heel and is comfortable. They key for me was being able to wear it all day and stay comfortable.

Poor -
Shoes were not comfortable at all. The color was not a true navy, but was more of a blue. I was very disappointed in the shoes and probably will never wear them again.

Not For Comfort -
I thought I was ordering a shoe in "navy" blue. This is not navy, but a brighter blue. The shoe is not all that comfortable. I could not wait to take them off at the end of the day.

Not comfortable.
The width did not seem right and at the same time it felt at least a half size larger than marked. It was a very bad fit, not comfortable at all.

Pretty enough for a bridesmaid -
I purchased the shoe to wear at my brother’s wedding as one of the bridesmaid. The color is gorgeous (silver) and fits perfectly with the dress. My feet are wide because I was pregnant and it takes a while to go down so I'm not a good judge of actual fit for the shoe but so far whenever I try it on it seems comfy.

This shoe is very comfortable and is true to size. This is my 5th pair of shoes from Zappos & I've never been disappointed!

Great shoe!
I ordered a pair in 8 1/2 W, which is the size I normally wear. They felt too big (both in size and width). So I ordered an 8 W (which came the next day, thank you Zappos) and they were perfect. Not too big and width was right. So, you may want to consider going one half size down. I'll wear these to work tomorrow and feel confident they will perform great.

Where else can you order shoes on line at 11PM and have them delivered to your front door within 24-48 hrs?
