great slippers -
After running from store to store and searching the internet to find slippers for our 19 y/o son who wears a size 14 shoe, and who like other 19 y/o guys, want slippers that don't look like their dad's, I decided to order a size 13 in these ( they do not come larger), from zappos. I was pleasantly surprised that the slippers arrived the following day after I ordered them despite the Christmas rush. Our son loves the slippers, they look and feel great and fit perfectly. I like them even better knowing they can be hand washed despite being leather. We have always been pleased with the service and quality that zappos provides. Now don't grow too big and lose your excellent customer service attitude!

 |  | My first time ordering from Zappos was a breeze. I am a regular internet shopper, so the ordering process was easy. What really impressed me though, was the service. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes on an evening after I got home from work, and the very next day when I got home the shoes were already there. I was totally shocked. I live in Alabama and I knew there was not a Zappos warehouse in the area. But the shoes were there and they looked and fit perfectly. I am a tall woman with large feet, so it’s normally hard to find shoes to fit me. I was so pleased with the shoes and the service that I started looking for more shoes the same day. I know I will be shopping with Zappos very often in the future. Keep up the good work guys.
