Comfy and warm -
These booties are very comfortable and snuggly warm, but a little silly looking. I think they run big, too. I wear an 8-8.5, so I ordered the 8-9 size and I've got about an extra inch and a half in the toes. I would never wear these out in public, but in the confines of my own home, they're wonderful for keeping otherwise freezing feet warm.

I, too, made a conscientious loyalty-spirited decision with this shoe order. I intended to make this purchase through another website because I would have saved $4 on the purchase over your site and still had free shipping both ways. However, my experience with Zappos has been so positive, that I chose to pay the higher price and purchase these shoes from your company. I was banking on the lightening-speed processing and shipping that I have experienced with your company in the past and opted for the known rather than the unknown of ordering from another company.
