I love the dark brown color of this boot. It's exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately for me, I was hoping the toe would be wider than what the internet seems to show. My toes would be hurting after a while of walking in them. The Achilles part (heel) seems extremely wide for me and I couldn't walk in these boots without the back of the boot flipping up on me. It was not a comfortable boot to be walking in for the while that I wore them in the house.

My husband loves these shoes. He put them on and said they were comfortable! He has these crazy, Fred Flintstone feet and needs a wide shoe. Thank God I found Zappos!!! The only reason I started buying his shoes is because he kept hassling me for buying so many for myself from Zappos. He's starting to warm up since he's getting so many compliments on his shoes. Zappos, You Rock!

First let me thank Zappos for outstanding/world class customer service. Zappos exceeded my expectations before I had fully defined what my expectations were - thank you. Have you ever looked at a pair of shoes before you tried them on, and you just knew they would look and feel great? Welcome to the Hancock Place, terrific fit, comfort & style. I was searching for a dignified & comfortable business shoe; I found it in the Hancock Place. The upper leather is the right degree of softness, beautiful lines in the construction that look great with cuffed or non-cuffed hems. It is the comfort level that will take you away - superb. Very highly recommended - true size, width & fit.

Very good fit overall. It was tight on the instep for about a week. After that, the support & fit was comfortable.

Shoes are great right out of the box. No break in period, just comfortable. Very stylish, great as an everyday work shoe. Zappos shipped immediately, arrived next day. Great service.

Great shoe!
This is my first pair; they were a little tight at first, and hard to get my foot in, but on the 3rd day they were broken in and a perfect shoe! I wear them M-F and will be buying another pair when these wear out!! I have wide feet and these fit me great!
