Great shoe -
I walk in all kinds of weather so this is a nice alternative to the usual running/walking shoe. Light weight, a good fit and good looking for year 'round wear. My feet are thin so I always look for shoes that are snug in the in-step (top) of my feet and these are ideal.
Other shoes recommended by reviewer: Keene sandals. I took a 1/2 size smaller in the open toe version.

This is a great shoe! I work at a zoo, and so I'm outdoors a lot and constantly stepping in footbaths. Having a sturdy waterproof shoe is a must! I usually wear a 7 or 7 1/2 shoe, and the 7 1/2 fit perfectly. One star off comfort... the tongue underneath the laces hurt the top of my foot. But I have a high arch, and most shoes hit the top of my foot badly. After 1-2 weeks of daily wear and tear, the lump has softened, and the shoe doesn't hurt anymore. Love this shoe!

Waterproof athletic hiker that has it all!
Love this shoe! It has great Keen comfort and support, accepts my orthotic, looks great and keeps my feet dry. Looking forward to using this shoe for casual wear with jeans AND walks in the fall and winter when snow boots are overkill.

Great shoes but...
Two things:
1) The size - at least a 1/2 size smaller than marked.
2) Really short shoelaces.

Love the style and comfort!
I had read great reviews about this walking/hiking shoe and was not disappointed. I think the style is nifty, they are oh-so comfortable in one half size larger than my usual. Price is worth it, especially with the free shipping!

Comfortable fit from the start.
My feet felt happy from the moment I tried these shoes on. I usually wear a size 6.5, but for this shoe, size 7 fit quite snugly and comfortably. I've been looking for a comfortable, non-leather walking shoe for a long time (as a substitute to my slip-on, Gore-tex Merrells which I wore out and is unfortunately no longer made) and these are a good replacement. The only thing I noticed that I don't like so much is that my Achilles’ tendon feel a little exposed compared to the Merrells I am used to wearing but that is just something I'll get used to in time.

Great all-weather walking shoe -
I wear an 8M - when I tried these on they felt a bit tight but loosened up quickly. An 8 1/2 would definitely have been too large. The sole felt stiff at first but became more flexible after a few hours walking.
They are lightweight and as flattering to the foot as this kind of shoe can be. I am very pleased and highly recommend.

Love the look of this shoe! I needed a 1/2 size larger, but it was sold out. The more I wear them, the better they feel....still pretty stiff though. I've worn them running in the snow and my feet stayed comfortably dry!

Cool looking, but small -
This seems like a great shoe, but it is too small. I have several pairs of Keens and usually wear size 7, but I need to return these for a larger size. Good thing I ordered from Zappos: the return should be easy. Thanks Zappos!

Great arch support, looks cool, and super comfy. Use them for daily wear as well as exercising. Legs and back don't hurt even after being on my feet all day when I wear these shoes.

I purchased these shoes because I love the Keene sandals I have, but it's toooooo cold in Colorado in the winter to keep wearing them. However, I REALLY like the elastic laces on my sandals so I wanted a full shoe that had the same feature. Not to be had in the Keene shoes!! So, I bought these shoes thinking they could be "altered" to my needs by using a couple of lengths of elastic cording, the type used in outdoor wear. UREKA!! It works like a charm. Overall, I'm very pleased! These shoes look sharp and, most importantly, feel great. They run a bit to the narrow side and since I wear a 2AA the fit is perfect for me. A very stable shoe.

My daughter recommended them and I was very happy she did because I will be taking a vacation that requires a lot of walking. Now my feet can be happy the whole trip.

Good, comfortable walking shoe -
Purchased this shoe for winter trip to Europe. Ordered half size larger for best fit. Good feel in heel, other styles were loose in heel. I have high arches/instep. Arch support average and wee bit tight at instep area but is getting looser with wear.

Wow. These are the best hikers! Does not even feel like I'm wearing a hiker! Nice enough to wear about town, but rugged. I've stepped in many wet spots and can't even tell. Hit rocks with my toes and don't feel a thing! Also, they clean up nice with a damp brush.

Shellrock is RIGHT!
This is an incredibly HARD shoe. It does not flex easily, nor is it very yielding to an orthotic. It must fit precisely or it will hurt all over. I am not as impressed with it from a comfort and/or performance standpoint. But it looks good! So, as a work shoe or run around town shoe, it's fine; if you want a $125 work/walk around shoe!

These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned!!! I have a lot of shoes, but these are the ones that I wear every day now. They are comfortable and waterproof! They are a little more expensive but they are well worth the price!! I will definitely buy another pair of these shoes and will stick with this brand!

Great...Sort Of...
LOVE this shoe! But, after a month of wear (and not wearing them that much) the sole started coming apart from the actual shoe. HMMMM...going to take them back and see what a second pair does.

Comfortable and high quality shoes.
I love it! They have such an incredible toe protection, cushion and overall support and stability. And I love their look, too! Fabric was breathable enough, but I wish it could be better. Overall, they are very comfortable and high quality shoes. Definitely worth the money.
