These shoes are fantastic in every which way. First, they were delivered immediately by Zappos. They fit true to size. They are so comfortable. I have worn them a few times already and there is not one nick on the fabric, on the wedge, anywhere. This is unlike any other shoe you can purchase (other than maybe Prada). I love them because they elevate me off the ground. They can be worn on the weekend with casual clothes or look absolutely great with a business suit. La Candienne knows how to make a great shoe and a great boot. I might order a 2nd pair just to have them forever!

My Gina shoes are comfortable to wear in the office all day or for long walks on wet city streets. I prefer the look of stylish heels, and these lack some style, yet my feet love the spa-like feel.

Great shoes. Loved them. Wore them for 5 days and walking 10 hours a day at the conference (straight out of the box). Will buy them anytime again. Bit pricey, but good quality.

This shoe was a disappointment. The micro upper is not as soft as the suede upper La Canadienne used in a very similar shoe I bought previously and loved. In these shoes, my feet feel like they are wrapped in very tight elastic! Also, the size I ordered is too long and there is no stock available in the next smaller size. Zappos is a great company. However, I’ve been disappointed with its lack of inventory. I purchased two other pairs of shoes and need to make size adjustments, but Zappos does not have the sizes I need in stock.

I'm always looking for stylish shoes that are also practical, and these really work. Very comfortable, especially given the height of the heel. My only complaint so far is that they make a squishing sound on some surfaces when wet, but that is a very small price to pay for a great shoe.

I'm not tall that's why I like high heeled platformed shoes. It's not easy to find platformed and soft shoes. What I like in these they are comfortable so. Good brand.

I was looking for a comfortable waterproof shoe for when I go to Paris in May (rainy season). La Canadienne Gina is certainly comfortable and light, one of the most comfortable shoes I've ever tried. But it's not quite elegant enough for me to wear on a regular basis as it really doesn't suit a lot of my clothes except for trousers. It's a little chunky looking. I would have liked it a little slimmer in the toe and the actual heel. In fact La Canadienne also had the Irma May Jane model which was more what I had in mind only the 3-inch heel was too high for me.

I absolutely love the shoe - they fit a little bigger than "true to size" though. I tried on the same boots in a store and found this to be true for the boots too. I marked a half size bigger but it's really more like a quarter.

Love these shoes. I ordered the dark navy color first, but after a few times wearing them, I had to have the black, too! So comfortable, and I get lots of compliments. Worth the money!

Love this shoe!
This shoe looks great with jeans or dress pants, gives you the high and is also very comfortable. I can wear these all day and my feet never hurt. They made boots just like this style last year, wish they still had those, I would buy those too! Great shoe for work if you have to stand all day long.

A great shoe.
I have been looking to replace a similar style from a different designer, and this is it. I had paid double for a different brand, but they quickly needed replacing-- this is actually a much better shoe.

The Shoe Fits!
I love a wedge and this one is perfect for me. It felt good the moment I put it on and is very comfortable all day long. The only complaint I have is that the ridges in the sole make a squishing sound when I walk on certain surfaces. It's also a bit pricey for a casual everyday shoe.

Very comfortable - No break in time required. I love walking around in these because of the squishy platform. These are great for places where you have to walk around a lot. The treading on the bottom gives you good traction, especially in the rain.

Very, very comfortable. This is a terrific brand and love the fact that they are waterproof for the rainy season. Never had to break in these shoes. Love the Zappos' overnight.

Great Shoe!
I was looking to replace a pair of Munro America shoes that I had had for quite some time. Munro told me they were not interested in bringing the shoe back to market. So I searched for a comparable shoe and am I GLAD I did! This shoe looks great with jeans, with expensive pants, with just about everything. It was comfortable from the first wearing. I especially like the fact that I can look chic while running through an airport in these while my feet are still being supported in the manner to which they've become accustomed!

I just received these shoes on Friday and I am telling you, they are the most comfortable shoes I have ever put on my feet. I listed to other reviews and ordered a 1/2 size smaller than I am and they fit great.

I've been looking for a higher heeled microfiber shoe to wear with jeans and stumbled unto this one. I have several pairs of La Canadienne boots so knew my size. These are as comfortable as Merrells, my all time favorite, but much better looking--a longer leaner line without compromising comfort. I would definitely buy another pair.

Lots of room in the toe which is why I marked felt large. Good thing cause I can wear my big sox for extra warmth. Second pair of La Canadiennes - so glad I found the company!

Versatile shoe.
These shoes are a high-heel equivalent but are more stable, easier to walk in, and more comfortable. They look great with skirts and pants. The small platform makes them especially useful for too-long jeans before they've shrunk. My usual size 9 swam on me in the foot part even with an insert. A half size down is slightly tight in the toes on one side. I'm still not sure if I'll keep them although I love the look.

Sleek, chic and oh so comfy!
I'll be living in these shoes! They're really nicer in person than in the pictures. I may even have to order another color, they are that great. And Zappos has to be the best company ever--I ordered them last night and got them today--truly unbelievable service. But that is the norm for Zappos--thank you!

Absolutely everything you would want in this type of shoe. Very stylish, extremely comfortable immediately, and sharp looking with pants. Almost looks like a boot when worn with slacks. The stretchy micro fiber lends itself to the comfort! Great quality and even though the wedge is fairly steep, still very comfortable.

Great shoes!
These shoes are extremely comfortable. The first day I wore them I was on my feet for 12+ hrs. At the end of the day my feet didn't hurt nor did my back! I received many compliments on these shoes. I'm glad I bought them.

Best comfortable shoe with a heel!
I just recently came across this brand and LOVE it. I just wish there was more of a color selection in the product line. The shoes are a perfect fit although they are a little narrow around the toes. My feet are super sensitive and I almost never wear heels but this shoe was comfortable with great arch support. You can't go wrong with this shoe.
