Nice well put together and designed shoes. Only improvement I would suggest is that the lace holes be metal type to allow easy lacing and loosening of the laces. My five and six year old girls both have difficulty working the laces to put on their shoes and take them off. No problems with fit or quality.

My 11 y.o. daughter selected these as a pair of more rugged sneakers to supplement her Pumas (also from Zappos!). A very style-selective girl, she is quite happy with them and tells me they are very comfortable. They appear well-padded and well-made.

 |  | This is not an inquiry - it's a total compliment to your company! I ordered a pair of Clark Brigits last evening, 5/1/08 at approximately 9:15 PM EDT. These Brigits were delivered to my door at my office at 9:30 AM 5/2/08. The only word I could use to describe my thoughts is speechless! I don't know how you ever got those shoes to me in 12 hours, but you did! And the shoes are terrific - they fit beautifully. I'm partial to Clarks because they are good quality for the price. We have a Clarks retail shop locally, but I don't usually like the styles they stock. I'm hesitant to order shoes over the 'net because I have narrow, funky feet, and can wear anywhere from an 8 to a 9 depending on the shoe, but your 8.5s fit me perfectly and I now know I can order again from Clarks through your company with confidence the shoes will fit and I'll get them quickly. Thanks to those that picked, packed, and shipped my shoes. In the world today, people only hear about the negative, so I strive to let people know when I'm happy and appreciate the work they've done.
