I wish this shoe had worked, it is so cute on the foot. My problem is my left foot, it is slightly larger than the right. I’ve had surgery and have something called a plantar plate tear. I ordered an 8 Wide to compensate and it is true to size, but the heel is just a little too much for me at this point as it puts too much pressure on my forefoot. I’ll try again when I have some more time to heal.

Great shoe. The style is appropriate with jeans as well as something less casual. Very comfortable with soft suede and cushioning on the footbed.

Great little shoe -
Love the quality of this shoe. It looks great with jeans or skirts. A little tight in the toes at first, but feels much better after a few wearings.

I had sent back 5 pairs of shoes prior to receiving Seryn. This shoe fit perfectly right out of the box. I am on my feet a lot and needed a shoe that looked good both with pants and skirts. These are perfect for both. I have a 9N foot. If you have this size foot, get these!

Sofft Seryn - Runs Small -
I usually wear an 8 wide and this one is very snug, especially in the toe box. I'm thinking of ordering an 8 1/2 extra wide if they carry it. If I slide my foot back and out of the shoe about 3/4 inch, it feels like they would be comfortable.

Cute & comfy, but runs large!
I'm beginning to think I'm crazy. Everyone else says it runs small, but it’s *definitely* too large for me. I ordered a 10 - same as always - and it flops off when I walk. Everything seemed ok at first, but it must have stretched out in a major way. This definitely isn't formal enough for business, but looks cute in a casual outfit with jeans. Despite the crazy sizing, I'm a fan.

Great for everyday wear - This is a great everyday shoe. The heel height is high enough that your legs look sexy, and it will dress up any outfit, even jeans. However, the heel is not so high that the shoe is uncomfortable. These shoes are actually very comfortable. It's easy to forget you are wearing heels. I bought them in brown and plan to buy them in black too. I absolutely love these shoes. In fact I've come to love this brand in general. I have never bought a Soft shoe I didn't love. I'm a heavy online buyer and I really believe that Zappos has one of the BEST ONLINE Services in the market!! THANK YOU ZAPPOS!!! I’m turning all my friends into “Happy Zappos Customers” as well!!!

Looks a little matronly, well made shoe. I ordered a size 5 (am size 5 in most shoes), but this shoe was way too small for me.

This is a great shoe, well made. However, it does run small! I even ordered a wide when I usually don't wear wides. I just wanted the extra comfort for a walking shoe. It was still too tight in the toes. I would buy this shoe again, it would just have to be a size up and extra wide!

EXCELLENT PRODUCT -
I'm on my feet all day long and I've always had trouble finding dress shoes that don't kill my feet half way through the day. These shoes are excellent I didn't need to add an insole, there was no breaking in period and best of all no blisters .First time ever a shoe fit perfect and was comfortable for a 12 hour day .Love this shoe will definitely be buying more Sofft in the future.

I got these in black. They fit really nicely and don't pinch anywhere. Will be perfect for my new matronly library job... they are cute, but in a grandmotherly way.

Perfect!...Love this Shoe!
So comfortable, I cannot believe it. This shoe fits my foot perfectly and feels like a slipper! Finally, a stylish shoe to wear to work with my pant suits! I have a bunion on my left foot and have been in such pain from EVERY other shoe I have tried. Having had such success with a pair of Sofft sandals, I thought I'd try this pump. Bought my usual size: 8M. The toe box on the shoe is a little roomier than most, which gives my toes just the amount of space they need. Further, the tilt on the shoe bed means that my toes aren't jammed forward into the toe of the shoe. Amazing for a 2-inch heel! The leather is like butter, nice for my poor bunion. I am buying a pair in all 4 colors.

I tried this shoe in size 10 and it is a little too small. I am a true size 10 in most shoes. The size 11 is too big. Too bad because the shoe is pretty.

Wide is too tight in toe box!!!
I would have loved to keep these shoes, but I have to return them - they have wonderful arch support and a lovely cushion cradling the back of the heel, but the toe box area is entirely too tight! I always wear wides; my foot is shaped like a triangle - wide in the front and narrow at the heel. I double checked the shoe width after trying the Seryn style on, but I had ordered correctly - the wides fit like narrows! The length, however, was perfect; I wish I could keep these.

The walking shoes I've always looked for -
I tried four pairs of shoes from Zappos to try to look for a pair I can both look good and walk a lot in them. And THIS IS IT!!! I'm a size 5.5 and both the length and width of these shoes are perfect for me. Although I am a petite, I don't know if the width will be perfect for all.
I finally have a pair of shoes allow me to walk in the mall all day now.

I tried 5 shoes from Zappos, all the same size I normally wear, and had to send them all back for being too wide or too long. I sent for the Sofft Seryn, and it fit perfectly right out of the box. I wore them to work the next day in total comfort. Don't hesitate to buy them. They are wonderful, and I received many complements on my cute shoes.

Too small -
I was looking forward to having these shoes, especially since I already had another Sofft pair, but a size 6. Yet since my size varies from a 5 1/2 to a 6, I thought it more wise to try a 5 1/2. To my disappointment, the shoes were too tight… plus more narrow than normal with a 5 1/2. Have to admit that the shoes were cute, but that wasn't enough to get me to keep this pair.

Fashionable and Comfortable!
These shoes are very stylish and are incredibly comfortable. The leather is incredibly soft and good for strange shaped feet like mine (with bunions). Sofft makes great shoes. This is my fourth pair and also my favorite so far!

I was surprised that the 8 (which I usually wear) was too short in this shoe, even the 8 1/2 was a little tight in the toes. I think they look rather matronly, like the shoe that a stern old teacher would wear - but that could be because the style doesn't flatter my short legs.

Very Comfy -
You can walk in these shoes all day. The padding feels great under your feet and best of all they come in different widths. Wide is really hard to find in anything that look decent.
I would like to see finer quality leather used and I would be happy to pay for that. The styling isn't bad. I guess if they look like Manolos you cant walk in them. But at least I'm not in pain.

Tight toe box -
I have a similar pair of Soffts that I love, which is why I purchased this pair. I love the look; I wanted a pants/casual skirt shoe with a not-too-high heel and this is it, but... the toe box is a bit tight for me and the heel is kind of wide. I solved the heel problem with the last pair by purchasing those suede heel inserts, but I'm not sure I could stand and walk all day with this tight toe box. I walk a lot.
