Cute but funky heel fit -
Beautifully constructed shoe that looks cute on the foot. Width seemed true to size, perhaps a bit shorter in length than marked. The heel has a scalloped design that seems to curve outward at the top, making it too loose and slips off the heel. There is no arch support that I could feel, but I have high arches. With an insert and heel grips, they feel good and are very stylish.

Perfect for fall -
The feel on your feet of these heels are fantastic. I was able to get a 7.5 purple suede wide which is the hot color of the season. They may not be sexy but they are pretty and comfortable to walk in all day. Kid you not. I’m usually between 7 and 7.5 wide, getting the 7.5 is much better to the toes. It doesn't seem like much but it makes a difference. I tend to order 7.5 with this brand.

Pretty and comfy -
These shoes in the purple suede are pretty - a nice neutral color that I think I'll wear more than I expected to. The shoes are comfortable and very well cushioned, which make them a great choice for work. I found them to run a bit wide, but not hugely so, though as one other reviewer noted the heel is also a bit wide. I may well wear them with tights, so I'm okay with that. They do not scream "hot" - but they are pretty and very work-appropriate with comfort and a nice height.

I ordered this shoe yesterday and am writing a review today. Zappos is amazing! I ordered this in the purple suede and it is just as lovely as other folks have said. But if you have a narrow ankle, best to pass this one by. I am beginning to believe all Sofft pumps run large for me in the ankle. Too bad, it is a beauty.

I have this shoe in the bronze and while they are super cute, the shoe is easily scuffed and the bronze begins to peel off. It happened the first day I wore them. Too expensive to be that delicate.

Even though I ordered the wide width, my toes were scrunched up in this shoe. It's too bad since these shoes are really cute.

NOT FOR NARROW FEET -
This is a gorgeous shoe with an ultra soft footbed. However, I do not have a wide foot which is an obvious requirement to keep these on your feet! They slipped off my heel even with a shoe insert, but if I got them smaller, they would be too short. Too bad, they seemed like they would be very comfy and cute.

Cute shoes -
This brand has some of the best comfort and look for shoes. I bought these in the purple suede for the unexpected look and I'm bored with black. They run true to size and width. I normally wear their medium width, but I bought them in wide and they do ease the pinch on the toes. This style is a classic look for years of wear.

Awesome retro shoe -
Just the retro vibe I was looking for. Comfortable, true to size and the deep purple color is great -- actually a neutral alternative to black. Looks good with skirts, trousers or jeans -- work appropriate or casual.

WOW! Are you serious?!
This was my first time ordering from Zappos.com and I can't believe how FAST my shoes got here. I ordered them yesterday afternoon and they were here this morning by UPS. Do you guys work 24 hours or something? Anyway, the shoes are so nice. I love the padding and the heel support. I wear a 11 W and I walk hard b/c I never really learned how to walk in heels. But these are nice. I can't wait to test drive them to see how long that will keep my feet feeling good during a long work day. I think I'm falling in love with Sofft and Zappos. PLLEEZZZ keep up the good work. Don't slip on quality!

Soft doesn't mean comfortable -
This shoe has no arch support. My arch doesn't even touch the shoe bed. I can't use aftermarket arch supports with it because it makes the heel too high. I am not sure why shoemakers don't make shoes with more arch support, particularly shoes that are marketed as comfort shoes.

I have always had trouble wearing high heeled shoes at work as I am on my feet all day. Lots of walking and standing, these shoes are sooo comfy. Wore them all day, no back ache, no toe aches. LOTS of compliments on them.

Quest for comfort -
I like the look of these a lot and they are comfortable for a while but then my toes are starting to feel pinched. I had high hopes because my other suede Sofft heels are my most comfortable dress shoes (the same style in smooth leather being very uncomfortable); these fall somewhere in the middle. I'm hoping they will improve with time and wear.

You can probably still hear my screams from trying to walk in these. They are so super cute but the toes are really narrow and stiff, even in a wide shoe. I never write reviews, but I felt strongly enough about these that I had to warn people! If they are the right shape for your foot, I'll bet they'll be great but they nearly killed my particular foot.

Last minute order was a huge success -
I thought that I was ready for my son's wedding and then 3 days before, the heel on my shoe broke. I have very narrow feet, so finding shoes is difficult. A co-worker told me about your website. I ordered my shoes and had them the next day. Awesome!!!

One of the most comfortable pair of dress shoes I have ever owned. The only problem I have had is they are a little large in the heel. I also wish they came in black leather, not a big fan of nubuck.

Love the look of this shoe! The retro feel and look is outstanding. Unfortunately, the arch support is nil and without arch support, my feet get very tired. The lip of the scallop design also dug into the top of my foot for awhile. I have to return these as I found a scratch on the suede when it arrived. Don't forget to remove the cardboard piece in the toe of the shoe when you get it! Buy one size larger than your regular size. I wear 6.5, ordered 7.5.

Love this Shoe!
Absolutely love this shoe. I was worried when I read that others had some problems with the shoe being too narrow as I have a slightly wide foot, so I was relieved when the regular width fit fine. The insole is so comfortable and thick! I've had no break-in time with these shoes. They are a little stiff, but personally I like the support. The heel is higher than I normally wear, but it didn't feel like it. It's a beautiful, classic, comfortable shoe.

Soffts Teagan is very comfortable -
The shoe ran large but I needed them right away. I purchased heel inserts to keep them snug on my feet and they stayed on. I received many compliments on them.

I love this color purple!!
I wanted this shoe to fit me soo bad, but it is cut similarly to the Tamryn (ie: toe box too narrow).
Love the heel size as well, but it wasn't meant to be.

This would have been my first order with Zappos (I'm not really a shoe person), but you didn't have the shoe I wanted in my size. She stuck with me, said it was corporate policy to find the shoe somewhere else if possible, and that it was also corporate policy to not set a time limit on calls, so the search went on until she found the shoe (on sale, no less!) at the Easy Spirit web site!
