Wide Chaco Z/2, Diamond Stealth -
Great Sandal with a great arch, especially for us old guys with wide flat feet. If you do a lot of hiking or walking the sandals will not feel good to you at first and will take a couple of days to get used to them, the toe loop and straps will feel uncomfortable, you will be adjusting them over and over again, and you will hate them, but don't whine, your feet and mind will get used to them. And you will not want to take them off, You won't even know you have them on, the Diamond Stealth sole is great for gripping for better foot control while hiking and climbing. Give them a chance to work for you, and don't Whine. Thank you Zappos for the great service, your shipping service cannot be beat. Looking to order another pair next month.

Chaco's rule -
As far as a sandal is concerned the fit, look and comfort was nice. It took a few days before I actually got used to them, but now I wear them as my everyday shoe.
I think they have a break in period since it is hard to make a perfect fit for everyone’s feet. At first, the right sandal was a bit different fit from the left one, but after the break in they began to feel the same. The strap on one was a slight bit longer than the other, so maybe they could work on this feature. Overall, I think they are really good shoes and would purchase them again.
My only complaint is that they cost me as much as my regular hiking boots. I wish the price was lower, and that way I could order 2 pairs at a time.

Super sticky sandal!
Just had my Z/2's resoled with the diamond stealth after owning the Colorado sole for 2+ years. They are so sticky and functional. If I had to choose one pair of Chacos, these would be the ones. Thank goodness I don't have to make that choice! :)

Very good -
So far I've been very happy with this sandal - the support and comfort and look are all very good. Honestly, I haven't worn it extensively as summer is still on its way, so the real test is still to come, but I have been happy on the days I've worn them thus far.

OK sandals -
I had a pair of the Diamond Stealth Z/2 sandals for about 2 1/2 months and the diamond stealth sole began to separate from the sandal. I do not know if it was just my pair that was defective. Otherwise it is a great sandal. Very comfortable.

Excellent, except for one thing...
These are great flips and the build quality is worth the cost. I really wish I could have kept them, but the back strap is not adjustable, which makes a true fit hit-or-miss. One more thing, these are generously sized - no need to oversize for fear of not fitting. Finally, thank you Zappos for the great service and painless return!

I've only worn the shoes a few times since getting them--mostly save them for wet casual wear times. So, I can't comment about durability yet. They seem comfortable but I haven't worn them for long stretches. They slip on/off and adjust easily.

A potent high performance sandal -
This is my second pair of Chacos. My first pair of Z1 Chacos, which I still have after 6 years of aggressive use they are still performing with some noticeable wear. I decided to try the Chaco Z2's and thus far have continued to be impressed by the comfort and durability of these sandals. Initially I wondered if the strap between the toe would be as comfortable, however after a week or two of wear I find it to add control in active situations, while remaining comfortable during less demanding situations. For me, an avid outdoorsman in northern Maine, they are a must have and are my go to foot wear from May to November. I order a size larger than my shoe size; not because they run small, but rather to provide a little more toe stubbing protection. This makes for a perfect fit once the sandal breaks in and develops a little curve upward in the front.

Phenomenal -
Theses Chaco sandals are wonderful for any occasion. They can go to the beach or on a backpacking trip, I have not been going easy on my Chacos and they can withstand whatever is thrown at them. They are comfortable and have excellent support, I would recommend these to everyone I know.
